Though their lines maybe long they are always fast and efficient. Staff are always freindly, kind, and willing to help if you don't know what you want. Their prices are great and their sizes are just right.

Remember the lyrics to the "Cheers" theme? "...a place where everybody knows your name". This staff here remembers your name, your usual drink, AND how you like it made! Can't say enough good things about them.

This is for sure one of the best coffee shops around holladay/millcreek! The prices are reasonable and the coffee is amazing! Who ever made my iced white mocha this morning at 5:30am was one of the best I have ever had!

Terrible rude service, even after I went back to give them a second chance. Both times they somehow managed to mess up a 16oz nonfat latte, and implied it was my fault. Same thing I order, everywhere I go, always. The first time they gave me the 12oz size, though they had charged me for the 16oz. The second time I did have them remake it, because they gave me something that was iced and had pink in it, so first glance told me it was wrong. Sadly, I didn't check the remake, it was a mocha. I am not into drinking an extra 100-150 calories in one drink, so I dumped it. 13+ dollars, and a lot of frustration later, I have learned my lesson and will not go back.

I'm not saying this chic tried steeling my identity, but I never used that card before or after I used it here and all the sudden I had charges to the account. Sad sad day for a coffee fan. Good thing there are plenty of coffee shops around. And I tipped with cash too :( sad world.

The employees here are fantastic. Up so early, with positive attitudes. The drink quality is always great, highly recommend.

Usually good but just so inconsistent. Just ordered a three shot Americano and there's definitely not three shots in here. Disappointed 25% of the time I come here.
