Einstein Bros. Bagels

My sweetheart and I love the sandwiches you guys make we get the farm house for me and the French toast breakfast sandwich for her almost every morning. Mike is great he is on the ball every time he has excellent customer service skills he is quick and makes a damn good sandwich thanks Mike. And everyone else who has been working in the morning that early at this location has been wonderful as well thank you Einstein's for helping us start our day the rite way.

Einstein's is a great place for people like me who work early morning and don't have time to make breakfast on occasion. I think sometimes it's a hit or miss with quality, but overall their selection is great, fresh, and definitely worth going in more than once!

This Einstein is the absolute best. Not only are their bagels incredible, but the people are so great. Adra is always so friendly and helpful, she always has the best suggestions. The coffee is also fantastic, the Christmas blend blows my mind right now. Anyway I highly recommend heading in right now and getting bagels and shmear for you and your co-workers. Not only will you love the experience and employees here your co-workers will love you for it too.

This is hands down the best place for bagels in Utah Valley! The bagels are always fresh and delicious, and everyone on staff is kind and friendly and the service is way quick! I love this place and have never had an issue here!

There is a particular employee at this location that has a real problem with serving people coffee. When my husband and I ordered two coffees, she looked at us with disdain and started shaking her head, confused - we asked if they were out of coffee, she refused to answer and just kept shaking her head at us. We felt this was very rude. When we finally completed our order we got to the coffee station and realised there was coffee left, she just wanted to make us feel uncomfortable for buying it.

This same employee regularly dumps the coffee out hours before closing without asking those who have bought refillable coffee if they would like a refill.

I understand and am respectful of the unique cultural situation here in Utah, but I am shocked and disappointed to be shamed for buying a coffee in a store that sells coffee.

(There are two lovely guys that work here on the weekends who are always friendly and give excellent service. They are the only reason this is not a one star review.)

The food was delicious, but the service was horrible. The lady told us the box included 2 smears and it was listed on an advertisement as such but they charged us for the smears. Then when we asked about it another lady (I'm assuming a manager) was rude and condescending. She didn't help us at all. I'd recommend the bagels but I'd go to a different location.

Need to try more of their bagels. Their Bagelrito is really yummy, it was a bit spicy for my wife but really good. Their French toast bagel was so yummy especially with the honey almond shmear.

First of all this needs to be said and I've been saying it for years but never publicly, I NEED MY OWN SHOW... wherever I go I meet the most incredible people and today's experience was no different.

Today when I walked in I was in actually in a rare angry mood and the line was super long, I knew I wouldn't blame the patrons or the employees for this inconvenience so I walked to the register to see if I might call in my order so I could run somewhere and come back to pick up my order.

Anyway I ran into this wonderful elderly couple the man greeted me with an infectious smile and immediately my anger vanished as I saw the Joy on his face standing next to his wife. I instantly engaged in a conversation but before I could even open my mouth his right arm was fully extended as he was motioning to put it right on my shoulder and continue to smile, at that point I had to ask what his story was and learn from both he and his wife the incredible love that they shared for one another.

We laughed we joked we had an incredible conversation and before I knew it the line had died down just enough for me to place an order and my experience with the staff was just as wonderful.

I wish I could go into great detail about this experience but as you can tell I'm omitting punctuation just to get this brief encounter online.

I'm serious when I say I wish I had my own TV show because wherever I go I meet the most incredible people have the most hilarious funny experiences but like my friends say if I ever did own glasses with hidden cameras too many people would find out how wonderful the state of Utah actually is... the consensus from my friends is this... let's just keep Utah our own little secret.

I try to doordash today and the food was over 30 minutes late. This place food was cold and never again. Worst place to get your coffee and bagel to go.

This place is filthy- I have posted pictures on the napkin dispenser, dead fly by the soda fountain, and disgusting floors. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like, but I would run from this place. Granted, it is only a fast place to eat, but it is simply over-priced and the staff is just awfully rude. I waited in line for 3+ minutes as one of the workers carried out a personal conversation about which 'LDS' ward they may see each other in (with a guest), then came over to help after looking around the back area. I can't imagine this place is sanitary, and if this were California, I would imagine they would have a 'B' at best, but most likely a 'C'.
