Einstein Bros. Bagels

Today was ridiculous! 4 people, who ordered after me, received their orders before me. My order was smaller than a couple of the orders.I waited for 20 minutes while seeing several pass me up. It wasn’t right and I felt discriminated. I was so disappointed. 😔

Please include on receipts on doordash orders what and what has drinks ? We need to deliver items according to the customer and what it says on the receipts please

Good morning .... they were very courteous but have a few things to work on. To start, please make sure you have all the ingredients for each bagel ... it helps that if it is on the board ... should be on the bagel. Next would be to see if they want the bagel toasted or not ... if it is a cool day ... maybe they want a little warm goodness in there tummy ;) The last ... would be to please check that the customer has everything for there order and that it is right ... it is never fun to pull the car around only to visit a location and have to get all worked up for there complete order. You gave it a good effort but not a great one :)

Never been to Orem so decided to try a few new places. Was really craving a bagle and found Einstein Bros down the street from my hotel.
The staff was extremely friendly and prompt (only reason I give it two stars) We ordered two sandwiches and two iced coffees. Food came out quick and we decided to eat immediately in the car. Both of the sandwiches were cold even after immediately opening to eat. Cheese wasn't melted. It was like they stuck it in the microwave to try to warm it after it sat on the counter for a few hours. Taste was subpar, something tasted almost sour. And our iced coffees were warm. Which was odd.
Maybe just an off day. But I definitely wouldn't come back.
The staff really was lovely though, only upside to the money we threw away on this place.

It’s kind of absurd they don’t have any chairs or tables inside … AT ALL. While the pandemic is never in some ways truly “over”, we are LONG past social distancing restrictions and closures, did anyone get the memo? What kind of bagel and coffee shop actively wants their customers to leave??

Sometimes it gets very busy (on Sundays), but it's still a great place with kind staff.

Their bagels are always awesome. Tried the farmhouse breakfast sandwich today and it was delicious. The caramel cream cold brew was great as well. I'll keep going back.

My bagle was not fully cooked it was doughy and gross, and the bacon was way under cooked

They have good sandwiches; all made on your choice of bagel. They also have a pretty good sized menu to choose from as well. Ranging from breakfast to dinner bagels.
Inside is nice and open and fairly big for not being a restaurant. As of right now,
(8/2021) you can go inside to order and get your food but they aren't letting anyone stay and eat there. I didn't see anything that gave any indication as to when this will change.

I’ve never had such a bad experience somewhere. Not only will they not allow you to sit to eat, but we ordered and they made us wait 20 min to finally come and tell us they were actually out of what we ordered. And they had about 3 people ahead of us that they did that too as well, so we ended up having to get a refund.
