Xander's customer service was great! Recommendation for white coco with Irish creme coffee was perfect. The avocado with turkey sandwich was good too.

Overall, Beans & Brews is a fantastic coffee shop. The flavor, quality and value per dollar is EXPONENTIALLY better than Starbucks. Overall a fantastic place to grab a drink and a bite to eat. I like their Egg White Croissant, and they have an amazing Cocoa Bean frappe that uses a delicious whip cream and three shots of espresso to make it this perfect mix of creamy and earthy coffee flavor. Skål to the employees that REALLY know how to make this.

I would give a full five star review, but often at this location you seem to find the staff are either inattentive or rude. Obviously this doesn't apply to all, but I'd say of the 2/3 times a week we get coffee, half the time someone is quite dreary and treats you like you're just an annoyance. I get it, we totally are, we're customers, but even a slightly positive tone can turn the tide of your customers day, which is quite important considering it's at the start.

Again, a great place to grab a bite to eat and a good drink, which in the end is why we're there.

I mean they make a mean chai, but barista emj hit it out of the park! She's so sweet and fun and cheerful. Really made the drive thru experience 10/10

It's a cute coffee place. I've been to this one & the one in Provo. It's definitely more of a treat than a lifestyle as I think the prices are a little high, but other than that, no complaints.

10/10 recommend their frappes.

Gone to a few beans and brews, and they are incredibly underwhelming. The coffee isn't the worst, but for the price any of the other shops seem to make a better latte.

It was ok, I got two coffees and a bagel. They toasted the bagel which was cool considering how much it was.

The coffee was great, family really enjoys the drinks here. What's stopping me is the wait time. I was in the drive thru line behind 2 other people as was there for almost 15 minutes for the people in front of me, then it took almost 15 minutes for them to get my drinks ready, other then that I was completely satisfied. The employee was really nice and was doing her best to get everything done.

Love this place. Customer service is very good. Fun place to sit and socialize or work. Music is not disturbingly loud like most coffee shops.

I’ve loved Beans & Brews ever since I moved to Utah. The location in Traverse Mtn is my all time favorite. BUT this orem location is terrible in comparison. Multiple employees have been dismissive and rude. The wait time is unusually long here, and the order seems to never be right when given out. Honestly I won’t be going back to this location after today. But I do love Beans and will be using every other location.

Update: they recently locked their bathrooms, now for "paying customers only" which I think is classist and dumb. If you aren't socially awkward like me it probably doesn't matter...

It's new, clean, and pretty quiet. I've now spent several hours working here and always get a ton done! The staff is super friendly
