Better service and coffee than those big Stary places.

The person at the drive-thru smiled and was friendly, even though I insisted they be rude with me. So then I demanded they sing "Happy Birthday" to me, but they explained to me that the song was copyrighted and that Beans and Brew haven't yet secured the license. A long debate about copyright ensued, despite the orchestra of car horns behind me.

Great coffee, by the way.

you guys say you have staffing problems but you also took away the tip line on card purchases for your employees...
so maybe they just left. ??

Sorry but Starbucks is better. I do carry my own sweet and low sugar which didn't help. Beans and Brew stopped using it. Also Beams and Brews small is actually a extra big size and they charge u more for it. Every other coffee company the small is a small a normal size small. They are the only coffee company that I have to remember to ask for an extra small which is really small but he price of a small in any other coffee company. The coffee is too weak. Starbucks got them beat with the stronger better tasting coffee. Why can't they have a normal size small like EVERY other coffee company? Across the country every coffee company's small is an average small but Beans and Brew's.

I love their coffee, but I literally waited 25 minutes for my order. I will go again because I love the coffee, but I'll be sure to plan for a half hour visit next time.

The lobby is still close which is disappointing. I had planned to do work at the coffee shop, since I cant, I will have to go to another coffee shop. An employee had directed me to an outdoor patio which was disgusting, the employees didn't seem to care about the cleanliness of the patio. I think they would prefer if you just take your coffee and leave.

Are you kidding me have not been to this location in 4 months because its always bad. Today I order my daughters each a chia with whipped cream my 8yr olds was gone in like 10 seconds and she was super disappointed I look in her cup and more than half the thing is full of whipped cream COME ON I might understand if it was busy but it was not this is just plain lazy.

I had been going here for a while now, but one day low and behold I made my normal (all the time mind you) order, but the young woman at the window gave me a wrong order. I corrected it after waiting for 10 minutes in the very busy line by now, and then she gave me the wrong order again. I had been waiting with many others now for over 15 minutes, then the regular gal came to the window and told me I was being rude and had been rude to her as well prior. I had never said one thing to the regular gal but the same order and had never had any problems. I was told due to their being stressed and busy to never return. Very rude and very unexpected as a regular customer. Having a bad morning is no excuse to take a customers time, be rude to them, and then blame them for your being rude. Do not go here, they are very immature and very inappropriate when they make mistakes, which they have done to my colleagues before as I have heard.

Check you order before you leave. I order the exact same thing, frozen Mr B, whip cream and Carmel drizzled.. and yet they ALWAYS forget something. I used to tip these girls 30% no matter what, but I've slowly started to decrease it. It's been the same girls since I stated coming here frequently and they all seem to slack more and more as the weeks go on. Very disappointed...

I love this location and all the people that work there! I have been going here ever since it opened. The coffe is ALWYAS amazing and the ladies there are always so top of it and soo sweet!! It is a busy location, but you can see how hard they all work to get everyone their drink to them quickly!! Plus, they all have like amazing tattoos.(:
