I typically come one to two times on the weekends with my mom, sister & son. In recent months, I've noticed a major decline. The past month, the coffee tastes awful & flavorless (I've tried ordering different drinks, and it's still awful). The staff is never the same. I wasn't coming because the coffee tasted amazing (As it's been sub-par at best lately), but to sit down and have a nice spot to have coffee and catch up. It was a nice vibe and atmosphere. I loved the area, I like how I could see the tattoo shop where I got a tattoo for my son right across the way.
Yesterday was the final straw for me.

We had paid and purchased our expensive, awful tasting drinks, and got cookies & sat down (The menu item my son always wants, is never available or out of stock, egg bites).

My son was showing his aunt "look what I'm capable of doing, I'm a superhero. " (Hes five.) After a few minutes of my son being happy and moving around a bit, we were approached by a employee. Apparently, my son cant really move. Has to sit perfectly still, at five years old, while being very well watched, and him being mindful of others (which were 2 other people on laptops).
We decided to leave.
Why would we stay when the coffee is over priced and awful tasting & the employees are rude and clearly not okay with children (even though they serve drinks for kids).
Your employee truly upset 3 people and crushed a child. He cried on the ride home, feeling that it was his fault, while I had to reassure him it was the idiot person at the coffee shop.
We will not be returning to any of your locations. We will take our business elsewhere. These employees seem to have embraced a 'Right to express how offended they are' at basic human behavior, but if you bring up that your latte tastes like water, they become horribly offended as if their world is shattered.

Love this place! Coffee is yummy, treats and food are good (especially the breakfast tacos and rice krispy treats)! Staff is friendly and atmosphere is cute coffee shop vibes. Would recommend!

Wow. I have been a loyal costumer to this store every day for 3 yrs. I've only had the one issue. About a month ago they miss heard my order and forgot to put in espresso. We then went inside they gave us the espresso to add to our drinks and that was it. Since then I've been there everyday. Until tonight, when we walked inside the man behind the counter took our order and then informed us that he was asked not to serve us anymore because issues we had in the past. Yet not once have I ever heard anything about this till now.

Hate using my rewards on beans that are not ground right, seems like this location has a reoccurring issue.

Drive thru is extremely slow but always good coffee

I have been going to this beans and brews for years. I always order a 16 oz ice tan with no ice and a little bit extra white chocolate from the bubbler. The manager said don’t be surprised if I start getting charge extra for this, she said this is like the amount of coffee you would get in a 20 oz. I mean I’m not rocket scientist and my cup doesn’t change size from a 16oz to a 20 oz. it’s a 16oz cup if I order it with ice or no ice. I don’t know why you can order a 16oz hot drink without an issues (it comes without ice and the cup actually looks larger). This manager is making executive decisions for a company or she just wanted me to have this idea that it’s not ok for me to order a drink that way. It doesn’t matter why or the reason I just find it a little bit annoying either way.

Extremely racist customer service wasn't allowed to use the bathroom and was given complete attitude by their system manager Brandon terrible terrible customer service called the manager received no help whatsoever very very racist location

Friendly people, made my coffee strong like I like it. Nice outside area for those who smoke, or those who like sitting outside with some shade(see picture)

I ordered a skinny caramel latte on April 12, 2019. What I got tasted worse than gas station coffee. Truly the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever encountered. Granted it’s skinny so it’s not designed to taste as good as its full-fat counterpart. But it should still taste like it’s designed for human consumption.

Staff is accommodating and do a good job of keeping the place clean.
