Service wasn't great today! I asked the girl taking orders if I could get a 911 with the espresso shots and chia tea. She asked if I still wanted Irish cream and I said no so then I proceeded to have her scan the app and pay from it. She didn't say the price and I didn't ask because usually the price isn't $9.58. I loaded my card with $15 and now it's $5.42. I thought wow the girl really upcharged me so I told the other girl at the window and she just apologized and said the girl did a chia plus 6 shots which are 50¢ each 😩 I would have ordered differently if I knew the first girl was going to mess it all up. So... I didn't get any money back or anything.. I probably won't come back if they're going to do this kind of thing. I told the girl now I can't even get another drink. Oh sorry bye.

The coffee here is great unfortunately since they have different baristas every time I go, my preferred coffee of choice has tasted different on more than one occasion.

One star because the drinks are generally consistent. Negative 4 stars for this being easily the slowest Dutch bros I have ever been to, every. Single. Time. Easily the slowest coffee spot in Cache valley. It's bomb.. but I still don't recommend it.

I went through the line at Dutch today and was appalled to see they were making there employees stand out in POURING rain with no jackets or umbrellas (one of the girls was taking orders outside in a TANK TOP!!). I asked how long they had been outside thinking maybe it had only been a few minutes to get the line moving but she had said both girls had been out there for over TWO HOURS!! They were both soaked and shivering and I would not be surprised if they were to get sick! This type of employee treatment is embarrassing to say the least and to know that the managers did NOT CARE AT ALL! so absurd and honestly disappointed to see that treatment being accepted. Shame on the managers for not doing there job at caring for their employee at one of my favorite coffee shop:(
