It's been awhile since I've been to this location, I just think it's odd with the cold brew and the empasis of not filling the cups you're using when I ask for easy ice. The other franchises have never given me troubles. I understand portion controls, and you're using a canned pour it in, at that point just use a smaller cup.
Flavors are fine, everything else is great.

They don't let you bring a reusable cup. There is no possible reason to force someone to use a single use plastic cup. Do better.

I love me a rebel. All Dutch Bros. Staffs are super awesome, more than helpful. The best thing about Dutch Brothers is they don't just serve coffee. They serve many drinks. Caffeine-free and caffeine alike so they have a drink for everybody. I recommend you visit them. Try them out. I'm sure they'll quickly become your favorite drink shop!

It’s like 20° and they’re out there in parkas taking your order AND being friendly, AND suggesting fun drinks AND seem to be enjoying their job or faking it well. Happy we have quality coffee drinks with a quick drive through.

If you have 40 minutes to sit in the drive thru then you will be rewarded with great coffee and a super friendly window interaction. I feel sorry for the employee in the drive thru taking orders in the cold because it doesn't speed up the line at all. They literally made our drinks at the window.

Love this Dutch Bros Coffee! The location can be a little hectic during rush hour, but it’s super convenient and the line always moves incredibly fast. The Dutch Bros Team here are super friendly and take time to get to know you while making your beverages. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my coffee!

Love Dutch Bros. I always have. When I lost my mom 7 years ago, I went to a Dutch Bros while home in Arizona to clear my head and after the normal happy conversations I just broke down in the drive through crying. Every single one of the employees came out and gave me a huge group hug. Idk why I needed that so badly but they just knew. I will always love all of the Dutch Bros. Their staff is always so compassionate and seem like they really love their jobs. Thank you for having the culture you do. I am a forever customer!
