Wicked good coffee, super helpful staff and fair prices for gear right in the heart of where you need gear! Ended up with a pair of hiking Chacos which I love beyond words and we’re as good a price as you’d find online. Thanks, you guys!

Coffee is average, odd flavors. Very limited clothing. Staff are very, very nice.

Nice local place for adventure gear and books

I came in to look for a book which they did not have but offered to order for me. I always spend time when I visit Kanab here looking at books and outdoor gear. Huge plus-they have some of the best coffee anywhere, and they are very knowable about the local area.

A group of fun folks work here and they make the best dang coffee in Kanab. My only small complaint is that they charge $0.50 for any debit/credit transactions below $10.00. I get that credit card companies have a charge of 2-5%, but it's annoying to try and find more snacks to buy when the minimum is $10. If it was $5 then I would grab a bar and call it good. Since it's not that low, I just go with the the $0.50 hit. :-(

The only place in Kanab that I'll go for coffee. The best selection of guide books for the area, plus a great selection of other outdoor themed books. I'm already fully equipped with hiking stuff but if I ever need anything I know that I'll find it here. Bonus that they don't carry junk brands, and what they do carry is current - no dust collecting products here. If you're coming to the area and need anything from coffee to gear to advice this is the only place to go in Kanab, don't waste your time anywhere else.

I dream of owning a shop like this. So warm and welcoming with outdoor gear and good books to peruse while you wait for your coffee order. Always happy to stop in when we’re passing through Kanab.

The online reviews said this was the place for coffee in Kanab, and it smelled AMAZING when I walked in! Unfortunately, we never tried the coffee.... someone behind the counter (not even the one taking my order!) ignorantly ridiculed me for ordering a 12oz coffee as a "tall". I attempted several times to recommunicate but he just kept on, so we left! We spend about $12 in a coffee shop and I refuse to pay that kind of money for coffee just to be treated poorly. Who cares if I ordered a "tall" and you don't use those words? I corrected it that I wanted a 12oz but he kept on with how "we don't do Starbucks language" A customer is a customer regardless of the words used and everyone should be treated kindly, so this was pretty messed up!

Coffee and Gear... I we might have stumbled into a vortex of perfection for our family!!! Super friendly staff and a really good selection of outdoor gear for exploring the surrounding area!! They even had a cool book section. Check this place out if you are in Kanab!!!
