Came in to order crepes, same as the 3 other people in line. My order was the only one they said no to. How does a respectable business run out of ingredients at 8:30 in the morning?? Perhaps because my husband initially came in without a mask? He's fully vaccinated and the CDC lifted the mask requirement for vaccinated individuals; but from the other reviews I can see this lady really cares about the masks a little too much. Either that or poor business planning. Don't run a restaurant if you can't properly order enough ingredients for your food items. Also the entire area outside where I parked smelled horribly of burnt coffee so it's probably best we didn't get to eat here.

Update- a year later and another visit. Still funky and awesome!

Post COVID shutdown is was nice to find these folks open! Great breakfast sandwhich and latte... and fast.

Small funky coffee shop with a spunky attitude. Slightly sassy with a side of take it or leave it. As Utah opens up to COVID rules these folks a straight forward that really care for their staff and guests.i quite enjoyed my experience while their is no dine in the deck has wifi and shade till mid morning

When planning my 2,250 mile motorcycle ride i was stopping over night in Green River and searched the area and found the coffee house and planned to check it out. The beautiful young woman there was upbeat, positive attitude and passionate about there coffee! How refreshing is that to find these days! Love meeting people with a positive attitude!! I decided on a 4 shot house blend espresso and wow what a awesome cup of coffee very very smooth, robust and a perfect roasted flavor, she told me the beans are imported from two different country's and are roasted and ground there fresh. It was by far the best espresso i have had, and traveling a lot over the years that is saying something for there coffee! So even if you are just passing by Green River Utah on Interstate 70 and you love a great cup of fresh roasted coffee its well worth it, just a few hundred feet off highway. Wish they were in my small town, the locals residents are very lucky!!!! Thanks for a great experience to start off the day, Barry from Oracle, Az

We stopped for breakfast, and were very impressed. We had the French toast, and were happily surprised at the portions, quality, and attention to details.
We had some very happy kids after that breakfast.

Stopped in to charge my car a month ago. Had a coffee and purchased a bag of Fresh roasted beans (still enjoying...great coffee beans!!). Thanks for the great conversation and the cool shop... wished I could have tried more of your food, etc. See you next time!

Great coffee but the kitchen fell short. Took 50 minutes to get two egg sandwiches, both were not as ordered. Mine had eggshells in it.

What a gem. Stumbled upon this hip, Seattle-like coffee shop while driving through. Great coffee and atmosphere, solid wifi, and a friendly owner. Love that they require masks as well.

Very nice place, loved the signs inside. Coffee was good and she said she would brew to taste if we liked. We'll be back next trip through.

What a wonderful place. I was traveling through in my RV and camped nearby in Thompson Springs. Looking for good coffee on Google Maps before I hit the road in the morning, I saw Green River Coffee Co was close, but closed on Wednesday, and today was Wednesday.

I hoped that Google was wrong, so I called. A nice voice answered and confirmed they were closed, but that she was in the shop for a bit and if I got there before she left she’d make me a coffee.

Needless to say I hightailed it over, and true to her word, she provided delicious coffee. Amy is a delight, her dog Mr. McGee is a charmer, and the space is lovely. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Cute place, nice lady that seemed like shes delt with a lot of jerks. But my husband ordered a latte and it was in a tiny cup and felt like it was almost straight foam, very little actually in it. My strawberry smoothy had zero flavor and I got like one egg that was way watery with my whole wheat waffle. Bacon was good though and the decor was adorable. I hope they do better
