I was visiting from out of town today (2/28) and stopped in here for some coffee. The two employees behind the counter were very friendly and fast with my order. Great place and good customer service!

I love the coffee here and the employees are always very nice. This is a regular meet up spot for my friends. However, I have a baby now and they do not have a changing table, so I don’t come as often because I don’t love having to get on the floor of a public restroom and lay my newborn on the floor to change her. I know it doesn’t effect everyone, but it does deter me from wanting to go there

I love beans and brew!! This location? Not a great first experience at all. We ordered 2 large coffees. Mine was iced my husbands was hot. We waited in the drive thru for 20 mins and then finally got up to get our drinks. Mine was ready, had to wait like 10 mins for my husbands and then it was a small. We paid for a large. But at that point my husband was so annoyed because our baby was crying in the backseat so we just left. And my ice coffee was just awful..

I'll start off by saying I love Beans & Brews, but this location has to be the most inconsistent with their drinks I've ever visited. The staff always asks what I ordered when I pull up to the drive thru window, as if my order got lost between ordering and driving to the window.
I typically order the same drink every time, which is a Mr. Bs. You can plan on getting a well made drink 1 out of 5 times. Whether it's burnt espresso, lack of white chocolate added in, or just a combination of both.
Perfect example happened today. My wife and I both ordered the same Mr. Bs. Hers turned out great and tasted just like it should. Mine tasted like burnt espresso with water added in. This just shows how inconsistent the baristas are at making drinks.
I will no longer visit this location any more. I will wait for the closer location to open up in bountiful soon. Til then I will go to Dutch Bros where I've never had a drink order taste bad or made poorly.

I used to love going here lately not so much. There are two of the people who work here and are always great but lately there have been other people who are rude and today I went here to get coffees and food and their burrito was still so frozen and took them about ten minutes to heat it up and it's still not even cooked also charged me more than usual for two coffees and food too.

Long wait. Bad customer service.
I visited this location today around 10am and had to wait more 37 minutes to receive my coffee! I wanted to leave after realizing the drive-thru line hadn't moved for a full 10 minutes, but because of the way it's designed, I was already blocked in. When I finally got to the window, I asked (politely) why it had taken so long. The girl said only they were short-handed today. No apology for the long wait, no other explaination, she did not even speak to me with respect or in a nice tone. If they were that short-handed and knew the wait was going to be really long, I feel like they should have put out a sign or something warning people about it before getting in line at the drive-thru. In the very least, they should have apologized for the long wait and provided better customer service. I will most likely never visit this location again.

A short lived run of quality. This place used to have better coffee and service, both have gone down hill noticably. They changed their brew and the flavor of their bean is different. If you get something with a syrup in it, it tastes like they've gone cheaper and are now cutting corners. Their staff is less friendly, and the feel of the place isn't as welcoming. What can you expect? They've gone to a chain-like model, they're pretty much the Walmart of coffee in the area.

One quirk, 3 times in the past week or so I've ordered a latte. On all three occasions I was delivered an iced latte. Today I ordered a latte and qualified my order with "NO ICE". They gave me a ice cold latte in a cold cup without any ice. What the? That's not what I ordered.
I asked the friendly gal if she knew what a latte is. She's said, "it's espresso and steamed milk". OK, then why are you continually bringing me iced lattes? I also ordered a cup of coffee and it was piping hot.
I think the employees could use a refresher on the difference between latte and iced latte and likely other hot/cold drinks. Small details make a huge difference.
