We go almost every day, absolutely LOVE Beans & Brews

Ordered a B Original with no cheese. They said it was their last egg. I ended up being given a B-Everything with cheese after she verified my order twice.
At the window, employees seemed to just be standing around chatting/looking bored rather than focusing on orders. Guy at the window was meh, almost forgot to give me the muffin we ordered.

Closest one to my house, but probably won’t go back. I usually don’t have a good experience here. Off to Starbucks I go.

The coffee is really good and the people are nice, but the person helping me had their mask underneath of their chin, or underneath of their nose the entire time that I was talking to them. It made me feel really uncomfortable. I always wear my mask for their protection, I think people handling food and drinks should be more careful. It makes me feel uneasy as a customer about going back.

So i have been going to beans and brew for along time never really paid attention to my credit card, me and my partner takes turns on paying, we noticed that without permission they were just taking tips which is theft, dont ever try calling this business, they do not answer the phone EVER!! To me thats theft i will be looking into what we can do from our side but will NEVER spend 1$ with beans and brew, pay attention to your bank account after you buy, they are taking money and giving themselfs tips. TIPS ARE GIVEN NOT TAKEN!!!

To the barista who just left a surprise encouraging note on my lid, I didn't tip you nearly enough! Thank you for making a lovely difference in my week 💕

These places are pretty consistent, the difference is the people. They were ok. A few smiles, place was clean, restrooms cared for. Good work! #templemastery

Pretty simple wanted a black coffee, being lactose intolerant with coffe is a real bummer. They asked if I would like cream and sugar and I said no. I just wanted it black. Now I'm out that money and on a 3 hour drive without my coffee.

The slowest, most painful experience I’ve had at a Beans & Brews. The employees had no sense of urgency and took their sweet time about everything which resulted in our food being cold.
