Let me just say, I absolutely love the employees here.🖤 They treat my mom with upmost love & kindness & it always makes her day. In such a dark world filled with so much hate, this is so nice and refreshing to see. Thank you guys.🖤

Arnold Palmer with green tea & lavender - A+++ The employees were great & positive even though they are having to deal with a very poor speaker for ordering. They have to deal with road noise from our end (right next to Redwood) & being able to hear them on our end? Almost impossible :( I drove up to the window to order. Hopefully they'll be able to get a new better speaker!!

This location is my favorite. Theit team is always great! They always keep the line moving quickly on a weekday morning before having to be at my office at 8am..I purposely avoid the one closest to my house because of their long wait. Cody is the friendly voice I hear the most often taking my drive thru order. And the gals taking the money...always sweet.

Service is great, but there Green Tea needs some work.

I ordered green tea, was served a black tea, questioned if it was green tea, still told yes that it was,

After the black tea was replaced with a green tea, I can tell you that it wasn't that great.

Stopped by on a Sunday. No other customers were in there and they were dead a sa door nail. We ordered an iced coffee and a frozen lemonade. The coffee was ok. The frozen lemonade, however, tasted foul. I'm not sure if it was rancid or someone forgot to rinse the machine after cleaning it, but I couldn't drink it. I called three different times to let them know, but no one would answer the phone. Tasted like sulfur.

Do NOT order the frozen lemonade. It's disgusting and good luck getting through on their phone lines to let them know they might just make someone sick.

Every time I come here I get the best customer service! Hannah is usually the girl who makes my order and she is the absolute best! She is always so sweet! I moved a month ago and still come to this location on my way to work because of Hannah, she also makes the best Iced Chaii!

Aislyn and Cody were super helpful and chatted with me while I waited for calls for my business. They kept me entertained and put up with my bombardment of questions about useless things that it's not their job to know but still enduldged me. Had a great time here and the coffee was great I had come Sunday night and Cameron gave a delicious drink recommendation and it is now the drink I will order every time. Even though I normally hate cold coffee. If you haven't tried the Carmel ceilo frozen you definitely should it's so much sweeter I tried it both ways and have to say my favorite is frozen despite hating cold coffee! Thank you Cameron for the awesome drink recommendation! And Cody for making my orders and putting up with me

I’ll start by saying I like beans and brew. That said, start accepting Apple Pay and stop making me sign receipts for $5 transactions. Happy to give cash as the tip if that’s the motive. It’s 2022

I have never tried coffee before. I had no idea what I was doing. Cody at the drive thru was more than happy and willing to help me find the right drink for my first time. It was delicious! They have an incredible staff that works there. It’s a great way to not only get your caffeine fix, but good vibes as well!!
