Went this morning to get a apple Carmel drink, when I got the drink I knew it wasn't going to be good by the looks of it I kept asking was it the correct drink. The drink tasted like straight water not Carmel or nothing tried to call the store no answer. Not happy at all will not return to this location. Money just went down the drain.
After waiting patiently in line for nearly 10 minutes, it was my turn. Just before the car in front of me leaves, someone comes in and parks in the front. Probably a 2nd worker? The line has wrapped around the building. I pull up to the window to find that the vehicle that parked in the front, was a woman who went to the walk-up window. The lone worker told me, the person who had patiently waited for his turn, to wait a moment. She started taking the walk-up window order, which was multiple drinks. That walk-up window should have been closed. All of us waited our turn. Why was she allowed to cut the line? That's horrible customer service, and your coffee isn't that good. You should be trying to retain the maximum number of customers, not catering to the one single customer wo thinks she's special. I'll never be back.
We are happy to see new businesses coming to this side of Waco, but the wait is too long and the drinks are just okay. Probably won’t be frequenting this place.
I shouldn’t have to wait more than 30 minutes for coffee and when I ask for a refund you shouldn’t lie, then tell me you’re making it and then make me wait an additional 15 minutes before you actually make it.
