The Olive Branch

The food at The Olive Branch never disappoints!!! The shrimp and grits special was truly divine! The staff is always welcoming. Our waitress ~ Bird ~ went out of her way to answer any questions we had and offered exceptional service!! Whether you are driving through Waco or a native Wacoan, dine at The Olive Branch!!

Savannah did the most awesome job serving our party of 16! We were given the entire balcony and treated like special guests. The food was incredible!! Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and we will return!! Thank you, Olive Branch and Savannah, for making our morning the best!!!

While on vacation, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast of avocado toast, fried eggs and house-made sausage patties with fresh salsa and coffee here. Our server was lovely, and the atmosphere was very pleasant….casual in an high ceiling, industrial-style building. They were also the only location in Waco that we found to have sugar free almond milk.

We had a huge crowd to walk in for Sunday brunch. The place was packed, but they graciously offered us the entire balcony! Savannah took great care of us and we were served promptly and correctly. The food was AMAZING!

Leah, Marie, Abigail, the kitchen: tremendous. I have found my new spot for recommending people to who are looking for a non-pretentious atmosphere with people doing their job to the max, serving high quality fare for a reasonable price. I’m impressed.

Ordered a brisket sandwich. Expected people on Texas to know how to do brisket, but this was lacking in tenderness and moistness. Appeared to have been cut with the grain, and if not, there were other issues. Other dishes may be fine, but skip the brisket.

The food here was absolutely amazing per usual. I, of course, ate it without taking a picture because so couldn’t wait. Bird, our waitress, was also fantastic. Amazing service and such a sweet atmosphere. This is definitely my new brunch spot.

My coworkers and I went to the Olive Branch for a lovely catch up lunch at The Olive Branch. The staff were super helpful and friendly (shout out to our great server Savannah!), the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and charming. Next time I'm in Waco, I look forward to going back.

This was my first time at Olive Branch and I will definitely be returning! As a college student, getting the most bang for my buck is a must and they did not disappoint!! Our server Bird was so accommodating and was super nice to talk to. Our food was fantastic to say the absolute least!! I definitely recommend The Olive Branch for your dining needs!!

We ordered quite a bit of food, all th food was delicious and really big portions on most items. Staff was super nice. Americano was good and they gave us a fresh to-go cup too.
