Jolt Drive Thru Coffee Universal City

The service here is generally very good. Over the last year the roast had changed from something pretty neutral to a hazel nut or a French roast which is fine for drip coffee but, for an espresso if not that great. Overall a good experience but it would be nice to find a different roast or roaster.

I got the white chocolate lavender latte with a soft top! Mmm 😋

We were in there yesterday morning. I had the Expresso Power Shake. Took one sip and told my wife this may have a mistake. It was AWSOME. Was searching on line but to no avail. Didn’t show any in Oklahoma

Great first time experience for me because the barista was so helpful and very friendly! She took the time to have a conversation with me and educate me on the punch card. I got a twin turbo and it was pretty good, nothing that blew me away but I’ll still be back if all the employees are that great.

I absolutely love this place ! I have been here twice and both experience’s were great. The coffee is good and the staff is so sweet!
This will be my go-to place

But just because you explained the situation but it’s still not correct, no one offered any drink for free, I was supposed to get a free drink anyways from the get go, it doesn’t matter, I’ve given y’all another chance and just won’t be using the punch card, soo changed my rating :) just because I love y’all’s drinks ❤️❤️

The location serves excellent coffee blends with quick service. Some of the workers present as unauthentic-cheerful which makes my fiance rather uncomfortable but there's a few workers there who consistently deliver excellent service and have an ear for detail.

If you want a consistent, solid product, this is a great stop for the morning blend. Superior to Starbucks in every way.

I have never been to this place when someone who was "ambivalent" as to your presence. ( Like SBucks) The folks there are happy to help you, will customize your drink order and try very hard to please you. They are quick, and efficient but dearly need additional workers. They have had to actually close early on days due to a lack of staff. If you are a barista, check it out.
