Teri was probably the most hospitable, friendly, hardworking women I’ve come across in at a Waffle House. Her warm persona creates the friendly atmosphere that you crave at a Waffle House. The chef was also funny and would jump into conversation with us, adding a nice laugh and humor to the conversation. It is cleaner than many other waffle houses

The place was very crowded so we left for over a hour then came back and then they had seating. The staff are excellent and polite and the cook was off the chain! We had the best food for breakfast that I have ever eaten at a Waffle House at this location that is. Great atmosphere! parking is a little rough because there is no turn around and to enter or leave is very narrow but the hassle is worth it. We went about 10:45 am on a Saturday. You won't be disappointed!

Ate at Waffle House and we found a fly in our grits. We didn't make a scene because accidents happen. Notified the server and he went to the senior person on staff, not the manager. Senior person on staff did not approach the table until he was requested too several times, and still said very little. He had the server proceed to state we had to pay for the meal. After some discussion, nothing outlandish, I paid for my meal and told them I would be contacting corporate. It's the principal of the matter. I worked in food services and totally understand the situation. The meal were $22 dollars, it was never about "getting a free meal". We paid the bill and paid the server a $10 tip. It's about treating the customer right, and in this instance, they failed miserably. The person in charge NEVER apologize or even made eye contact. The server, poor him, was very apologetic, hence the almost 50% tip.

I cannot say enough good things about this Waffle House. We ate breakfast here 3 times while visiting Texarkana and it was excellent! The staff is friendly and very dedicated. We received our orders promptly, correctly, and tasty. We will definitely return on our next trip.
