NEW FAV COFFEE SPOT⁉️ First of all, this place is ADORABLE. It’s easily located off of 59 in a bright yellow building. When I went they also had some balloons and a “drive-thru” open sign right off the highway, so look out for those too. Circle around back first & you’ll see they have not one but two drive thru windows. I didn’t get to meet the owner, but the barista there was extremely sweet and patient with me taking a little more time to explore their menu and fall treats. I always start out with a vanilla latte when trying a new place and there’s is fantastic. It’s not super watered-down, overly sweet, nor did she overdo the ice. *chef’s kiss* Now this is drive-thru only, so there’s nowhere to sit, use a restroom, etc. However, my visit was super relaxed and fairly quick, despite me combing the menu, so you definitely want to stop through for a quick pick-me-up like I did after work. I’ll definitely be back!
So the wife and I were in Texarkana on a Monday. Unfortunately Taste and See is closed on Mondays. So we talked to a coworker of mine, as I had seen them post another place, and asked the the name and location. So she told me it was Roosters Coffee Co. Asked her if it was good. She said she liked it but nothing more specific. So the wife and I decided to head out that way off 59. It is a little ways down that way but it's worth it. But I will warn you. It is not a sit down establishment. So we nearly missed it. It is a small unassuming building with 2 drive thrus - one on each side. So we pulled up and talked to a really nice person there I wish I'd have asked her name. But after perusing their menus my wife settled in a Pecan Praline Later, hot. I settled on some fancy hot mocha that I can't remember the name of. So let me get to why you came here. The coffee was outstanding. My wife and I order oatmik with our coffees as I'm lactose intolerant and she likes the taste better. So luckily they had that along with while, 2%, almond milk and soy milk. You can see the menus pictured here for more reference. But basically we loved the coffee, the quaint little house, and the great customer service. And even being a smaller establishment they have a punch care as well eventually for a free coffee. So if you are out the Hwy 59 way of just want to take a little trip for some good coffee, give Rooster's a try. You won't regret it.
I'm so glad I tried this spot.If you are a local going to Starbucks for your morning coffee STOP✋️ 🚫 Support this local coffee shop! After my first time coming in I'm now slightly addicted. The ladies in there so friendly, and they have a punch rewards card!
Roosters has been great to us ever since they have opened. They are always super-friendly and have an awesome selection, from simple coffee to mochas to Red Bull mixed energy blends.
If you haven't tried Roosters yet I suggest you go, the Lotus drinks are amazing and a great alternative to coffee, the customer service is top notch Love all the ladies up there and oh the lemon poppy seed muffins are awesome
Best favorite coffee and different barista you could possible choose from me and my mom goes there every weekend very friendly people and always welcome you with open arms I recommend this place with a must!!!
The perfect place for a quick stop when driving through the area. The baristas are super nice and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We loved the coffee and hot chocolate. It’ll be a required stop on all future road trips.
Hands down the best coffee shop in town! I stop by every morning and have yet to disapprove of any drink I have purchased! They are also so friendly and always have a smile on their faces!!

Great coffees and baristas. They can make just about anything. And, don't forget to try the Sausage & Chilis breakfast burrito. Fabulous!
