Breakfast burritos were awesome and staff were nice and quick to get food out. People need to understand this is a small establishment with a smaller staff so if your food takes a little longer just chill and relax. If your on city time I suggest you take your butts back to sleep or go home. I got there around 9 and it wasn’t packed but when we were leaving groups of people had started to show up so be there early.

Best place in Terlingua! Hands down! We struggled to find a decent meal in this town, but the saving grace was this magical little shanty atop the hill. We visited in December and the mornings were absolutely idyllic here - the cool breeze, the desert views, and the FOOD! Simple, modest portions but everything was delicious. Great breakfast burritos, chicken burritos (spicy AF!), and espresso based coffee drinks. Be ready to wait a few minutes but even on a couple busy days, service was prompt. This little kitchen kicks butts and takes names... And then calls names over a surprisingly crisp PA system. Don't mess around, get your breakfast here and have the best meal you'll eat all day.

My favorite coffee shop in the world. Hands down some of the finest coffee, food, and service. You just can't beat the seating and views. Every seat in the house is has the best views. I love grabbing a book knitting coffee breakfast burrito and sitting there for hours.

I was all set to order a coffee drink, but the sun tea was a unique offering that caught me off guard. It was delicious! We ordered the french toast and eggs benedict. The eggs were okay, but the french toast had a crisp caramelized exterior that I am still dreaming about. Very well done! Lovely outdoor seating area and a great start to the day. I'll be back again.

Best coffee I have had in a long time! Food was spectacular and served quickly! Had the Mexicana burrito (delicious), French toast(delicious), cinnamon roll (dry but tastey), banana bread (dry buy good). The atmosphere was fantastic and we just loved this place! Give it a try for sure!

On our trip we stopped and ate breakfast here a couple times before heading out for our hikes/activities. The coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice was always great. The food was just what we needed before a long day. We tried the Breakfast Burrito with Chorizo, the Eggs Benedict, and the Poco Mas plate. Everything was great!

It's hard giving this business anything but five stars because the food was delicious, fresh, and came out fast. The view was great and the ambiance simply wonderful! However, the woman taking our order was very rude, rolled her eyes several times, and other folks around me were talking about how rude she was. Even though that happened, I can't give a business less stars because one of the employees was having a bad day. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend! We had the breakfast burritos and coffee. All was perfect!

We’ve had breakfast and lunch here while staying at Big Bend. It’s legit amd SO good. Staff is friendly, food is amazing and prices area good. It’s a must if you’re in the area. Going back in the morning before leaving Big Bend. Asada burrito was so authentic and the Mexican breakfast plate was enough for two and so tasty!!

Giving four stars because I love terlingua. The coffee and food was amazing. Outdoor seating is setup so nice and cute and obviously the views make this place a 10/10. Sadly, customer service was awful. The woman who took our coffee order Thursday morning on 11/11 was rude. Didn’t greet us, didn’t make eye contact, actually felt like I was inconveniencing her by showing up for their services.
We had family meet us there separately and ordered separately without us. Each person said the same thing after they ordered with her so now we know she is like this with everyone.
