Dutch Bros Coffee

I'm not really a coffee drinker but I love the Golden Eagle. It is my favorite! I'm working my way through their teas now. So many choices! I love the customer service! Outstanding!

So good! I did sorta the Starbucks thing during the late 90s in highschool. It had it's place. The variety of drinks is excellent and the young adults that run what the place are stellar! They have a two lane drive through, but SPOILER - no speaker box to talk to 🤯🤯 - a human is waiting with a tablet taking payment and orders (presumably not cash, but we've never done it). In the rain, cold, blazing sun and everything the weather can give, the tablet carrying person has Dutch Bros labeled stuff - super wide sun hats, ski jackets, but the best is this plastic mini phonebooth or Sponge Bob looking thing that kinda hangs on their shoulders. The app is great for payment and free drinks. I should probably mention the drinks - they are very good. When we first went, we wanted something like a frap, so we got a freeze. The first sip from the straw we were taken by the texture and consistency. The base comes coffee stuff they put into one of those spinning drink machines, like you'd use for a margarita. Super smooth, no accidental large ice pieces and other inconsistencies. If you want to make things sugar free or decaf, I believe they whizz it up, but a double blend is an option. Those are super light. Go there and try it! Don't expect smooth Jazz playing that you can buy on CD for $16.99, or dim lights you can pretend to finish your screenplay to. They have a walk up window with tables and the drive thru. Upbeat music. It's a win.

This was the first time here at this place. Came to pick up 2 small Americano Coffees to go. The staff were very friendly. The Coffee was very Delicious!!! I will come back to try out their other Coffee flavors that they have. Would recommend this place to my friends and family.

I give them 2 stars only because the young man who took my order was polite. I waited 20 minutes in line after I payed my order, then I was given a poorly made large ice late that clearly wasn't had very little to know skim milk no caramel flavor I pulled over an dumped it in the parking lot it was strong an nasty looking....so you big wigs at Dutch Bro first bad impressions is all I need won't ever come back..I crossed the street to Starbucks an got my coffee.

The young lady taking orders was super friendly and very helpful! Now the one at the take out window gave the People 2 cars in front of us their order and proceeded to talk with them for about 10 minutes. Next car got to window and she chatted with them after they got their order. Our drinks were carried out to us and I had to go around the other vehicle STILL at the window chatting away! We got out into the road and my Cocomo was TERRIBLE and not hot at all with NO FLAVOR AT ALL. Better get those problems resolved QUICK.

The Golden Eagle quickly became a favorite of mine and I love their size options. The staff are super friendly too! I love it. It's like a coffee version of Chick Fil A service with a smile.

Update: the novelty has worn off a bit, and the lines are a little shorter during peak hours. Older: Dutch Bros is good, and their popularity keeps the lines long. Too often there is no one outside to take orders and expedite the process, so Dutch Bros becomes a victim of their own success. I'll skip a visit if the line is long, as it can take 20 minutes or more. Good when the line is relatively short, but not nearly as rewarding when the line is long.

I can't give the product a rating because I never made it to the window. A vehicle appeared to rush to get in front of me in the drive-through line. The female in that vehicle stayed at the window for quite some time giggling with the male staff member that was "taking her order" but he never left the window to prepare her order. He looked back at my vehicle a couple of times but never left the window talking to the person in front of me. Finally I drove off but they were still smiling and talking.
