Dutch Bros Coffee

I went to Dutch Bros yesterday after a really rough morning. The people that were working there were so kind and sweet. They brought my mood right up. They made my Nutty Irishman picture perfect with whipped cream just the way I like it and kept talking with me. The coffee there is delicious. So Tani, Carlee, Mariah, and Edgar thank you for making my morning amazing and the delicious coffee.

Took over 20 minutes to get two drinks. Seemed like the girls working there were more interested in having long conversations with the men. When I pulled up the girl at the window pretty much had her back to me until she handed me the drinks. Didn't even say have a nice day or anything like that! HORRIBLE experience. This is the one on Adams in Belton. The one in Temple is AWESOME. FRIENDLY AND SUPER FAST!!!

Okay so at first I was a little skeptical because I love Starbucks, but I am so glad I have them a chance because I absolutely love this place. I haven’t even been back to Starbucks since. The prices are way better and the drinks taste so good. And I can customize it without paying a fortune for doing so. The staff is always so friendly and fast. I haven’t found a drink I don’t like, plus the kids cups are adorable and perfect size for them.

We've been here several times now and everybody is always friendly and the drinks are great! The one time our order was wrong, Bug (the girl at the window... she's the best!) made 100% sure that they fixed our order and that we were happy.

So, reading other reviews, seems like its mostly a time issue. Those reviews are when it was brand new and busy all the time. To me its still busy all the time but if you go ANYWHERE at loaded times, what do you expect? In my opinion, its worth the wait. For me, I have NEVER waited longer than a "normal" wait time. I come here frequently and have had ZERO issues. "S" has taken care of me multiple times. The drinks are never wrong and always spot on (I love mine a certain way) she knows how I like it, BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR THE WIN! Really though, her and everyone there are great people, people make mistakes, no one is perfect. Sit back relax and enjoy your day, no matter how bad/hard life is...someone didn't wake up today. Be thankful and grateful. Thank you "S" and everyone else there for what you folks do. One hello/thank you/smile and spot on drink might make someone's morning/day. My drink?: Birthday Cake, no coffee, extra extra sprinkles/caramel/whip. Thank you.

The coffee is good. I set up my app to pay and put my tip amount on there. However, they STILL ask if I want to keep my preferred tip or add to it. If I set up and use the app, that’s what I’m leaving. The whole tip thing is aggressive and annoying

Staff was real friendly. Order process in car lane is not very good. Person that handed me my drink told me what I ordered but it was not a Hot Vanilla Chai like I ordered. It was some hot pumpkin flavor drink. Could not taste at location because it was a hot drink and I was driving. One item ordered and it was wrong; I was disappointed. Did not get it corrected because drove by on my way home, where I tasted the drink, to my disappointment.... This was when business was really, really heavy... however, under current and normal conditions, I have had much better experiences here and the drinks are great, thanks! Always, super friendly staff, indeed...
