Stouthaus Coffee Pub

Still one of the best coffee shops in Austin. Warm, welcoming and super dedicated to fostering craft coffee, including pour overs and single origin options. I've been going to Stouthaus since they opened several years ago. I went back on a recent trip through town, and the place has only gotten better. James and Sandy have built this family-friendly gathering place out of nothing but a dream and hard work. Lots of rotating options and something for everybody.

This place has a great friendly yet quite environment and is great for getting drinks with friends or smashing out some work on your laptop. Their coffee is top notch and there wifi is high speed. This is one of my favorite coffee stops in south Austin. My only complaint (and it’s so minor) is that there is limited individual indoor seating which can make it hard to find a spot to work.

Great place to work out study. Noticed that it can get full at times. They have a nice outside patio. They have good parking and friendly staff.

I stumbled upon this place and I’m so happy I found it. Sometimes Starbucks just ain’t it and you need something real and soulful. Well say no more because this is where it’s at. The ambiance, the staff, the aesthetics and aroma of this place pale in comparison to the flavor of their drinks but rest assure that all the aforementioned are of the highest caliber. This is a great place to study, relax and/or wake up at. You can’t beat this coffee with a million bucks

My stop whenever I go to the Milk and Honey next door.
They make a delicious cafe mocha and the staff is always friendly.
I hope all the people there on their computers are purchasing an equivalent amount of food or drink for the time they spend there.

Was looking for a coffee spot close by after breakfast and this was the closest. Very cool vibe, and although it doesnt look like a grab coffee and go kind of place is 100% can be. They also sell alcoholic beverages and I think some snacks, but I didnt order food. The bar has hidden star wars references everywhere and is cute. The barista was awesome and th coffee was really good. Will definitely be back.

Fun family friendly coffee shop with plenty of tables and benches. Good for working but not quiet and limited spaces for power.
