Phenomenal customer service and constant facility upgrade, despite recently opening. Their specialty chai and Turkish coffee are perfect for a study session or late night talk. Pastries hit the spot, especially for anyone with a sweet craving. Ambient music and spacious environment to boot.

First time going and I was really enjoying my coffee. It was a different experience for me. I thought to myself 'I found a new hang out spot'. However, when I walked up to the counter and asked for a to-go cup with a lid, the girl told me that they weren't allowed to give them away because they were too expensive. She told me to take a water cup which doesn't have a lid. I could not believe what I was being told. I simply wanted to enjoy the rest of my coffee on the road. That really turned me off. That says a lot about the Haraz in Sugar Land. In my opinion, that's bad customer service.
Response: How about having plain to-go cups with lids, without a logo, as water cups. They're cheaper for you to buy. Those cups can then be given out so that your customers can enjoy the rest of their coffee when they can't finish it in one sitting.

The service was amazing and the staff was so professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere and decor are BEAUTIFUL!!! Definitely warm and inviting. The tea, coffee, and desserts were absolutely delicious! Haraz will now be my only coffee shop to go to!

Stopped by here this evening me and my family and it popped with Arabian vibes upon entrance. Had the Adeni Chai and tried all sorts of milk cakes and they were delicious. Considering how busy it was, we had our order served to us fairly quick so I’m hoping to be back and try the other pastries.

I had an amazing latte experience at Haraz coffee shop! The latte was made perfectly with a balanced ratio of espresso, steamed milk, and frothed milk. It was the best latte I've had in a long time! Moreover, the service at Haraz was beyond exceptional - the baristas were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Overall, I highly recommend Haraz coffee shop for their exceptional coffee and outstanding service.

Mediocre Yemeni spot. Not much to offer. No Sabaya and their other desserts such as the cheesecakes are from Sam’s club.. they priced them at $7 each and you can buy 8 at Sam’s club for $17😅
I tried the bee bites and the taste is not authentic, the dough tastes like Hawaiian bread rolls with cream cheese. The sambusas are soggy.
The Chai adani is okay. They said the espresso machine was not working so can’t speak on their coffee. It was mediocre at best. The employees are all teenagers or young adults with little to none customer service skills. Competitors in the area are a better and more affordable option. Such as Qamaria and soon to come Qahwah House. As an Arab I think this place is not authentic.

This is officially my favorite late night coffee/hang out spot to visit with both friends and family! The adeni chai is freshly brewed, & so delicious! I’ve visited a few times since they opened & the staff always greets & served with a smile! It’s definitely a place to enjoy great chai, great desserts, & ambiance!
