Momo's Donuts

I've been to Momo's several times and had a great experience the food is great! But today was a disappointment, I'm unfamiliar with the menu the person at the cash register had little patience. She was a pregnant woman rude and unhelpful, she had an attitude as it showed I guess she got tired of "helping" and eventually left leaving a young man to help me who was not any better, he had an attitude as well and rude, I decided to walk out and go somewhere else. Out of all the times I've been here, this one experience has me not wanting to come back at all, I've bragged about Momo's and referred people to this place but after today I have my doubts about the customer service here. Very disappointed

The donuts are creative, and more like individual cakes for many of the varieties. Real ingredients too. You taste the quality difference. But the character of this donut shop, and the affable nature of the owner make you fall in love with this small town treasure. We drive from Denison to Sherman to get MoMo's donuts. They are THAT good.

Try the giant cinnamon roll. Worth it! This place rivals Hypnotic Donuts in Dallas and VooDoo Donuts in Portland Oregon. Absolutely a cool place with good donuts. Give the donuts names it makes it really fun. Ski Accident, Maui Wowee etc.

Absolutely the best donut place in town. If you're tired of the same old junk, go to these guys. I'm all about the habanero pigs!

Excellent location for donuts. So many choices. I did have to wait on coffee, they were out, and there were not a lot of options on coffee n creamers.
I would highly recommend trying the donuts.

Yesterday, just before noon, you refused service to my wife because she refused to wear a face diaper. Your ignorant employee thinks it’s a law, which it isn’t. When my wife refused to comply with your uneducated employee’s demand, your employee walked away from the counter. I’m ok with you exercising your right to refuse service. Just remember, I’m ok with taking my money to your competition. You’ve received the last $ I’ll ever spend in your store.

I ordered (on facebook messenger since I was told BY PHONE that was the only way to do so) special donuts for my daughter's birthday today ON TUESDAY, however, the order was NOT there to be picked up at 6 this morning much to my surprise. So few things that I can do for my sweet girl during these trying times and MOMO'S absolutely let us down. I will NEVER recommend people to you as I was recommended to you by a friend. Such a shame.

Quickly becoming a foody destination for North Texas. A donut is no longer just a donut. I tried several of their more gourmet selections and none of them disappointed. And good staff too. Handled a morning rush with ease.

Donuts are ok but far from fresh, showed up when they opened thinking that everything would be fresh out the oven, the pig in a blankets aren't made daily. She put them in the microwave to heat them up, when I got home one was cold like it has been in a refrigerator.

Upon first glance, Momo's looks like a little hole in the wall. But those are almost always the best places, right? People drive from all over the country for these donuts, so that should tell you something. The line snakes out the front door fairly often, but with two gals packaging and another two working the registers, it moves so quickly that the wait isn't as long as you'd think it'd be.

The donuts are plentiful and widely varied as the day is long. The basics are always available, but special creations are sold Fri-Sun only... including S'mores Oreo Cake, PB Cup, Strawberry Cheesecake and Butterfinger Bombs, to name a few. I wasn't wowed by the donut holes and because of the lack of seating and room to move about inside, I'm giving them 4 stars. Plan on ordering to-go and carpool if you can!
