Momo's Donuts

Iwill never go back because of the attitude we received from the Hispanic woman working here. The employees are very rude also and donuts are mediocre. Do not recommend. We didn’t even know if we were allowed to take our food until we realized she was already on to the next customer. She never said thank you or acknowledged us. I’ve seen other reviews about this so they do not fix the problems clearly.

The best donuts that I EVER have eaten. And it’s not just the donut it’s the owner, the family and the service. Try them and you will understand.

*long story short* me and my boyfriend went into Momo‘s donuts for the first time this morning to get two donuts. When we got there there was money on the ground and we handed it back to the original owner. When we got to the front of the line to pay for our two donuts an employee came from around the side and said “on the house, most ppl would’ve just taken that money” not only were the employees very friendly but the service was great and above all the donuts were AMAZING! if you’re looking for a local donut shop and live in the Sherman area I would definitely try Momo’s donuts, you won’t be disappointed!

At Momo's it seems as though the recipe has changed in the last few months - the donuts just do not taste like they used to. Perhaps they are using cheaper ingredients? If so, that's unfortunate especially due to the prices increasing. It also does not help that staff looks like they do not want to be there. Which is not exactly how I want to start my morning.

Update: I was wondering if I just had Momo's on an off day, but nope...a week later and my experience with the donuts are the same. Some of my coworkers agree as well... unfortunate! No longer worth the trip!

OMG!!! I just found out this place even existed three weeks ago. Now when I set a pick up time for our groceries, we get an early time so we can get donuts! . Best donuts ever!! And the hottest jalapeno sausage rolls I've ever had in my life. I'm glad they are not in Whitesboro. I'd never fit through my front door and would be broke. All the time lol.

Their donuts and pigs are amazing. Just a heads up, If you are unable or refuse to wear a mask they will ask you to leave. You can order online and they will bring your food to your car. Had this happen to me a few weeks ago and the manager kindly took my order then I waited in my car for him to bring it out. He informed me of their online order process and gave me my order on the house.

Rude and poor service. I went in, mistook a mask sign for something else, got griped at for not having a mask on, it was my mistake. After that the lady rudly told me that what I saw was what they had left. I asked for a pig in blanket, she didn't even heat it up for me (like every other donut place does), went to pay, she snached my card ran it practically flung it back to me and didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt. And I should have got a receipt because she didn't even give me the the right Donuts that I asked for. All in all a bad experience would not recommend at this time.

Best donuts and pigs-in-blanket around! Very friendly staff. They will help guide you to what you need. So many excellent flavors to choose from. Some flavors will blow your mind away. The employees will always help show you what flavors are available. The employees always smile and seem truly concerned with treating everyone properly. We love to go here and order things to surprise our kids with! Will definitely keep going back!
