Drinks were good, great atmosphere overall. Bartender Kaelyn kept us entertained and she was very friendly. Will be stopping back here and definitely sitting at the bar!

I post reviews like 1x yr if that and I have to review their bbq pulled pork sandwich. It was so good all I can think of is coming back. The flavor is beyond good. I look forward to coming back again just for the sandwich.

10/10. love the food, atmosphere, drinks, and our bartender! Kaelyn made me the best French 75 i’ve ever had. Definitely coming back.

Food was great! Blue hair girl was rude. Acted annoyed to take our order, asked “y’all done” when we were leaving as if I wasn’t leaving the table fast enough for her, and mumbled under her breath that we left a mess. It was just some saltine wrappers that were a bit scattered. Fully regret leaving a tip, wish I could’ve handed it to cook directly- he was nothing but smiles even behind the counter.

Mixed feelings here.
Wasn't wild about the ordering first, then finding your table format for higher-end food fare. There were people waiting behind me in line and I would much prefer to have a table and sit and review a menu carefully. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant, and felt pressured to just choose something. Then to top it off, there's several reminders everywhere that the 18% tip is pretty much expected, and if you don't specifically ask for them to close out your order, they will put that 18% on automatically. I don't have ANY issue with tipping, but this is a fast food format, they bring your food, and expect tipping for the same service as a traditional sit down restaurant. I always cover servers tips very well, but this feels like an attempt to help keep cost down for owners covering paychecks like the rest of the food industry.
Ok, but on to the food. I ordered mimosas. Word of warning here: they are microscopic. See picture (which actually makes it look bigger than it is). It was essentially a shot of mimosa. But very good. I also ordered the man bun (cinnamon roll). Good flavor, but it was dried out, and I would have preferred it to be more moist. My main meal was the breakfast brisket "Sammo" and it was really good. Egg with brisket and some sauce. Very good flavor. Note that you might want to ask for an over easy egg. Mine was sunny side up and still had a lot of that clear egg slime on the top. Some people like that, some don't. But overall I loved this sammich. My son ordered the burger, and really liked it as well. Menu doesn't mention any side items (pet peeve of mine) but both dishes came with a few tortilla chips and small amount of great salsa. I should mention that I didn't try the pancake dish, but that looked INSANELY good.
Other little things: They cheaped out on the silverware, and that bothers me. Trying to use the razor-thin cheap fork with the dry cinnamon roll was actually a struggle. They didn't refill my drinks without asking every single time (further influencing my tip). Servers seemed to be there mostly just to bring out food, not be true servers. The sun was beating down on the patio, and I asked if the umbrellas could be opened. They said "No, they have to be cranked."
Alright.
So, good food! Nice atmosphere. Prices are just ok. Could have been a great experience. But it was just average because of a few easily mitigated issues.

Went to Industry a couple days ago and got yummy cauliflower tacos and the server, Kelsie, did an awesome job! Super friendly and cool and welcoming, definitely coming back :))

Easter Flop
Took family party of eight for an late Easter Brunch around 2pm. A band was just starting as we arrived. They were so load we couldn’t find a place to hide, inside or out. Another family group were almost running out leaving, due to the music. We went by later after brunch at another place and the place was almost completely empty.
Bad idea to have that band on Easter!

I popped into town to explore around, Im in from Portland Oregon, we are food snobs from the North West 😂
The burger was delish. I ordered as it’s made, no changes. Instead of chips with the break I up-charged and ordered the sweet potato fries and those were amazing 🤩 Im not sure how they make the sauce, so addictive! sooo good with the sweet potato fries! I ordered the Violet brew, a blueberry hint blonde ale and thoroughly enjoyed that with my burger and fries… definitely try that one of you like light beer with good flavor.
The service was friendly, I had my ESA pup sitting with me and they gave her a biscuit too ☺️ They had ping pong and a couple other activities, outside seating. Over all an easy and tasty place to grab a good bite if your out exploring
I would recommend!
**My response to Johnny Blaze’s review below, you can order from your table and get service to the table rather than stand in line, both up front or during your experience. However, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to send a couple of “runners” around to check on how the experience is going for those who have already ordered and are eating and see if they would like another round of bevies. It would most certainly improve ticket sales. I would have ordered another but the line dissuaded me from grabbing another Violet, It would also be handy to be able to remotely close the tab vs standing in line again. This is just feedback for management if they are reading these.
BUT… I don’t believe it’s worthy of lowering the stars ⭐️ for that. Give restaurants the review they deserve for what they’re style is in their venue. If you want white glove, pampered service, don’t go to a bar/restaurant with games and an open vibe. Rate based on what it’s meant to be, or you risk sounding like an elitist 🙄

Food was good enough, prices average, service staff was friendly but seemed slightly understaffed. Atmosphere was alright, music was a bit loud for my tastes.
I don't know if I'd go back, it didn't leave much of an impression although it feels like they tried.
Chalk drawings in the bathroom were fun.
Also, I ordered the Brisket on a Bagel, but there was no bagel.

Really good pancakes. I wish they offered a corned beef hash. A few people in my group said they would like to see more egg dishes. The QR code ordering system is fantastic!
