Went by there this morning on the way to work and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the "beyond black" coffee and it was pretty strong!! Nice place and welcoming staff. I'll be going back and I'm glad there's a good alternative to Starbucks. Def give them a visit!!

The staff is great! It was pretty busy but the drive thru was moving quickly. I went in the store to look at their merchandise. They have a good selection of their coffees and merchandise. Checkout was quick. They offer a military and first responder discount also. I left them a healthy tip I hope you do also.

Great place for coffee! Very good coffee and great customer service. Nice comfortable atmosphere for sitting sipping on good coffee and enjoying the day. Big plus they are veteran owned and donate a lot to support the troops and veteran charities. Highly recommend this great company!

How hard is it to remember cream cheese. It's easy to read a screen. Also why lie about a product. Nitro cold brew does not get caffeine into your blood quicker. I asked my chemistry professor and another chemistry professor and both said that's completely ridiculous. My research also concluded that was a bunch of crock. False advertisement maybe??? But seriously the cream cheese. Couldn't eat my bagel and didn't want to have to go out of my way to get cream cheese. Just rather not give a place my business anymore. Pathetic way to run a company.

The coffee was fine however I'm getting really tired of being highly pressured to leave a tip especially when I haven't even received my drink through the drive-thru. I tip well and often however that's typically after I'm satisfied with the food and service. I'm not sure a drive through is a good place to "ask for a tip". It just feels forced and awkward.

So, Sad that this place has not been able to find good help. Went through drive through. Ask about the Cortado. Person on the speaker helped me get it ordered. Got to the window and a different person helped me (“AB”). AB tried to give me something I did not order. When I tried to point out the difference, I was basically told too bad. I went in and tried to talk to manager, but one never appeared.

Too bad for BRCC. If I could return the merchandise I purchased, I would.

Original review: Let's get started with what matters... coffee.

BRCC's coffee is WAY better than Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts or San Antonio's "Local Coffee" company! I have visited several BRCC locations and their coffee is consistantly great.

Now, let's talk about the bad. Their prices are very high and their cups are very small. A "medium" looks like a small, and the "large" is barely the size of a medium. (When my hand easily wraps around a large cup of coffee... that is just too small) You also pay a premium price for small cup of coffee. Then they nickel and dime you to death. I just paid $1 to add a little bit of vanilla to my coffee. When I am paying $4 for a little cup of coffee; don't insult me by charging me another $1 for sweetner!!!

Their building is super nice, but their location is hard to get too.

Summation: A great cup of "Joe", but because of the small cup sizes, I will only occasionally be stopping at BRCC. What a shame... They almost did it right.

So I have been wanting to try this new coffee shop since it's opened and today I finally got around to doing so on my way to hobby lobby. I was very impressed with their menu, everything from an iced coconut creme tea to a hot mocha latte. I am a HUGE fan of cold brew but wanted something chocolate to drink and a pastry today. I drove up to the menu and the first thing that caught my eye was a MOCHA COLD BREW, which isn't something you see at most places just yet! They don't have too many sweet treats there but, enough to catch your eye. The cold brew is excellent, the breading for the danish is melt in your mouth delicious and the customer service was wonderful! I dealt with two ppl while ordering, both were knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I want to lastly add that the pricing is very reasonable as well. I was honestly expecting Starbucks prices and was shocked/happy it wasn't as expensive. Not to mention, at the bottom of the receipt they give you a link to fill out their survey to get a free drink at your next visit. I recommend trying Black Riffle if you are in the area and if it isn't obviously, I'll definitely be returning to try more.

Awesome experience, cashier was friendly and helped with options. Coffee came out in less than 5 min. The coffee was delicious and original.

I wasn’t having such a good week. Came to exchange some coffee I bought earlier as by mistake had picked up ground coffee instead of whole bean. Manager Gabe was very courteous and helpful!

Great coffee. It was my first time there and the barista took the time to make suggestions based on my likes. Prices were reasonable.
