I wanted to order a blended Mocha with oat milk and the batista told me there is a milk power in the mocha they use. I really appreciated her telling me this my allergies to dairy products. The draft latte I got was so good! Will definitely return anytime I am in town!

First time trying and my experience was great! Kayla who took our order through the drive through was SO kind and even offered recommendations. Def going back! 😁

This place is pretty cool and fancy. Lots of cool merchandise inside the store, they sell tons of different coffees. They had these cool bacon egg cheese buns in the case... looked so delicious.
I come here every morning and get a small vanilla latte. It's my go to place. They seem a lot healthier here too. Less sugars, whole milks, lots of protein in their food options.

Mediocre coffee at best. Was super excited when it opened and was disappointed with poor shot pulls. Have it a second and third try. This place has cool packaging. Their clothing is awesome. I think this business would operate better as a retail store and get rid of the horrible drinks. A step up from Folgers. Definitely not a coffee company. Super cool retail items and food. Notice all the recommendations are for everything but coffee. Better coffee shops in San Antonio to try for true coffee drinkers.

I have a biweekly meeting here early in the morning. The coffee is always amazing and the service is prompt, caring, And friendly. Definitely the coffeehouse atmosphere/ambiance vibe but not pretentious. Better beans, better roasts, better service, better coffee, better employees better vibe. I drive out of my way to go here.

The experience of going here was pretty good for the first time. However the sizes that you pay for the price need to be managed better. The Google reviews clearly have the prices established in the pictures. I had to pay a dollar extra for sweetener. Really?! I was very happy to be a patron at the establishment for its first week open. I had no problem buying the merchandise and the pod coffee! I will wear the merchandise proudly. However, I think pricing is not commensurate with the size that you get, especially today's times when people are looking for value for their dollar. People are giving you their disposable income for your product. I may go back in if I happen to be in the area, but I don't know. The calling out of the customer's orders needs to be more efficient. When you're crowded, the call out for the customer's name and needs to be very loud for people to hear it in the back of the store. You had way too many drinks sitting on the counter with no customers names, and very friendly but very busy employees were doing their best to get the orders out. I love the fact that you guys have moved to San Antonio and made this place your home.I love supporting any and all veteran-owned businesses. But please, rethink your pricing.

Black Rifle Coffee has quickly become my favorite coffee. BRCC has over 32 roasts that they source from the best coffee producers the world over. They roast in all in America, they hire veterans and do tons for the first responder community, and they have a phenomenal team that creates a unique atmosphere. Awesome coffee and awesome customer service!! The location was clean and beautiful, love that they included a place for dogs to enjoy too. I'd recommend anybody to go and enjoy some great tasting coffee. Better than Starbucks that's for sure 👍

We were thrilled to be able to support a vet-owned company and even more pleased that the product itself was good…yes, their brewed black coffee is good. But if you want any other drink (lattes, blended drinks, etc)…go elsewhere. They are consistently bad. After giving them many chances to get it right, we just stopped going.

Normally really enjoy getting coffee at any Black Rifle location, however this time not as much. The customer in front of me needed to get their order corrected so BRCC corrected it; however this took place in line. They should have asked the customer to pull around so that they didn’t make the rest of the customers wait. Poor customer service. I don’t like giving a poor review, but sometimes it takes just that for service to be improved.
