Very relaxing and right across from the Witte Museum.

Coffee is great! Setting is quaint. Could use a little more energy in descriptive verbal content of the story behind BTB and a little guidance would be helpful with flow of condiments. Smells great when you walk in! Vegan baked goodies are yummy!

Omg my SO and I happened to stumble upon Poetry Night (Wednesdays), what a treat!! The staff is so friendly and helpful and we met a whole bunch of great people there. Good prices, great atmosphere, great people, and great coffee!

I found this place thanks to Groupon. I love that they use real mugs and utensils in our throw away nation. I do think people should be courteous and not stay there for hours as other people would like to sit and enjoy their coffee too. Studying can be done at a library.

A poet friend invited me to a reading scheduled at Berry to Bean this evening. This coincided with Starbuck's decision to suspend in house seating and offer grab-n-go orders only. Upon arrival, I discovered, to my delight, that this quaint San Antonio coffee house, on Broadway Avenue near the downtown riverwalk, still offered patrons the opportunity to sit, sip and surf the net. As of today though, the owner informed us that the Mayor has put the kibosh on that, but not before I was able to plunk down $2.50 for a tall sized cup of their Thai blend, Doi Pang Khon, locally brewed in Texas. Every cup, from my 1st to my 3rd refill (insert "free refills" here) was quite smooth, lacking a bit of the Pikesโs Place punch Iโm so used to downing at the Bucks. But at this time of uncertainty & not a little panic, that might not be too bad. Hours have been adjusted to 7AM to 8PM, and seating is no longer available inside, though there are a few seats and chairs outside, which coincidentally appeared out front just as the Mayor's decree went into effect. The owner and staff, by the way, were as pleasant and friendly as you could wish from a San Antonio coffee house, and you could see them them all work as a team to keep the coffee brewing the and the place neat and comfy. Adding up taste, quality, price (insert "free refills" here) and customer service, I won't quibble with a star rating of 5.

My iced coffee had more ice than Antarctica. I had only 2 sips before it was empty. The green juice had a whole root of ginger, if I was sick it would for sure clear my sinus though. Also they had 1 staff member on shift and i waited 20 minutes for my over priced order.

It was a nice little place, cozy and neat and obviously keeping COVID in mind. A liiiittle on the pricy side but they use fresh, quality ingredients and the smoothie and pastry were very tasty, so it seems worth it.

I LOVE this coffee house! I got both a juice and a coffee and it was a super fresh and delicious juice and seriously some of the best coffee I've tried around san antonio. I order decaf and usually decaf coffee has this very... burnt? Type taste to it? But here it didnt taste burnt! And I could drink my smooth, flavorful coffee without the anxiety regular coffee gives me! Lol

The Chai latte was decent overall, though not particularly remarkable. However, the location was very clean and staff was friendly. Given COVID-19, they took appropriate and sensible precautions. I loved the high degree of customization available online. Look forward to going back in the future!
