The Grind Coffee & Cafe

This place closes at 3pm. Showed up at the door at 2:45 and asked for 2 lattes. Rather than making an espresso, they brewed some drip coffee and served us that instead. Its a shame that service slacks upon closing time. Amazing coffee butchered by wanting to go home early.

I'll go ahead and update my review now that I've had time to sit with my thoughts- This place has sooo much potential. It is sad to see it wasted on tiny, tiny mistakes. I hope that the management uses opportunities like this to look at reviews and soak in customer feedback. Love the atmosphere, love the idea of this place- but everything behind the bar could use a lot of work. I look forward to visiting in the future when things are ironed out! (Please train your staff so they know what an iced coffee is!)

It was good but I have had better muffins and hot chocolate!

The servers are nice most of the time but they also look like they don’t want to be there and they definitely take their time. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and I noticed that it tasted like someone used frosted flake cereal milk.

This is a very solid coffee shop. The coffee drinks are well-made, the prices are reasonable, and you can stay and study for a bit.

Although a small thing, the food selection is limited. They have a hot pizza-type option, but not all that much more. The snacks are also limited. I end up typically just buying a drink. I still highly recommend it as a good coffee shop.

Staff was super nice. They took time to listen to your order and answer and questions I had. Their Dirty Cat (chain latte) is probably one of the best I’ve had. They make their own chai spice blend in house. They even fly bagels in from NY! Must try

This place was soo cute! Loved the atmosphere and style of the coffee shop. The iced coffee and bagel were perfect! Great and friendly staff. I had a great experience for the first time there!
