We had a great visit here today! The food and drinks were fresh and the staff was attentive and welcoming. My boys highly recommend the blueberry waffles :)

Very nice atmosphere. Multiple privacy booths if you want cozy quiet and if you're feeling social there's a nice seating area. I've only tried two coffee options so far and both tasted very different which I appreciate. Unique flavors in each choice.

This place needs some management and it could be great.

Atmosphere is great, drinks and food were pretty good. However, the service was pitiful. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Got the first drink about 5 mins after ordering. Food came in about 15 minutes. I mentioned to the guy who handed me our food that I was missing a drink. He said “Okay” and went back to making other sandwiches. I went to the counter and asked one of the girls if our second drink was being made. She yelled to all the staff “is anyone making a Drunken Moose?” Everyone looked at her blankly. I give my name and they start going through all the tickets and finally found mine. Then another girl finds the empty cup in front of the espresso machine with the tag on it for my coffee but no coffee made. 8 minutes later, we get our second drink. As we were prepping to leave, the guy making sandwiches says to all the staff while looking frazzled “we need to stop taking orders.” He said this loud enough for the whole coffee shop to hear. The staff did stop taking orders and the line was to the door by the time we walked out.

There were 5 staff members working while we were there. There was only one other couple in line when we got there. This was a Sunday at 0930. The place has potential but the staff could do with some help from a manager, in my opinion.

Great looking place, cozy! But all the coffee and drinks are terrible. Really disgusting combinations. Even the drip coffee is awful. You’re left with about an inch of coffee grounds in the bottom of your cup! Sick.

Run by a bunch of females with bad attitudes!! Also ladies, don’t assume a customer wants his/her pastry heated…have the courtesy to ask first!! Learn customer service!! It’s a lost skill…

Nice Atmosphere, a potential to be a great little place to stop for a bite or cup of great coffee. But there seems to still be some kinks being a new place. There was plastic bags all over the floor, with a slew of young people running around trying to keep up with the morning rush. Pastries seem to be dry in the display case and from the looks of it, store bought. Before I ordered, I was told by the young girl behind the counter, that they would be pausing the line to catch up on orders. I waited 10 or so minutes, and decided to come back when they seem to have things more organized. Also notice a few things in the decor askew. Almost like they were quick to open and didnt wait to get the wall paneling quite right and the screen for the menu was broken and I couldn't see all the pricing for the drinks. There didnt seem to be anyone in charge behind the counter either. It just seemed frazzled and chaotic.

This place was so cool and nice. Coffee & breakfast were great and I love the seating and environment. Definitely will be going back to this place!

This place is so cute! It’s definitely my new favorite coffee shop in town. I love the variety of the menu and the interior! It’s such a cute place. Only downside I would say is the other afternoon when I was there, the manager or someone in charge yelled at the employees a few times… it was very awkward. Openings of businesses are definitely stressful I just wish that was done in a private matter and not in front of guests.

The atmosphere is great but the staff seems to have some difficulty with rush hour and customer service. During the week we’ve had two good experiences but the weekend crew needs a lead/manager. At around 12:30 there was a small rush when we ordered two drinks. The cashier repeated the order back to us correctly but when the second drink came out it was a cold brew on the tag. We sent it back and asked for a Black Ice (blended cookies and cream coffee) which was what we originally ordered. 5 minutes later another employee came back and handed us the exact same drink with no changes made. It took one of us getting back in line to return the drink to get a new drink made by an employee who seemed to want to cover their mistake up before we got to the register. The second drink was also wrong and we knew this because we ordered it just the day before but we were told it was a Black Ice. Overall this place has a lot of potential but there’s a few improvements to be made!

Ordered at 10am didn’t get our drinks until 1045 and our drinks were both wrong, they made me the wrong sandwich twice and when I handed it back the second time the boy said “fuck” and by 11 I still didn’t have my sandwich so we left. Other people who order the same sandwich as me got theirs even though I ordered first. This place has potential but the lack of management or leadership is what’s going to make that place go down fast. All those teenagers had not a clue what they were doing, and that’s a management problem not theirs. Owner needs to step up and start working in there with them. I spent 25 dollars and wasted an hour of my life.
