Ordered 2 late arrivals, one with a cinnamon bagel, and one with a blueberry bagel. Received the correct bagels but with the wrong meats and no egg. We brought our food back and showed our receipt to show what we ordered. They remade them but the sausage and egg was cold on both sandwiches, and they made both on cinnamon bagels. The coffee and service is always good, but we always have issues with their food here.

Every time we visit, we wait 15-20 minutes for our drinks. And whenever I do a modification to my drink, something as small as no sweetener, they always put it in there. I never bother to say anything because I don’t feel like waiting another 20 minutes. I wouldn’t make the stop.

When we walked in no one acknowledged us for about 5 minutes. Then when they finally did we stood there for another 5 minutes before we even got to order. Really felt unwelcome there honestly. It’s unfortunate because it is a really cool place but the vibe just isn’t right.

This place is awesome. The atmosphere and drinks are spectacular. Fair priced, better than starbuck$. I do my charting here for work and I am so glad I found this spot.

Nice atmosphere, coffee tasted fine, but I’m very confused why their drip coffee is full of grinds. It wasn’t just a fluke cup either this is the second experience.

I stopped by for the first time today and it was not a good experience. I had planned on ordering coffee, then browsing the store area for Christmas gifts while I waited. Instead, I waited and waited to order my coffee, while being completely ignored by those working behind the counter. Eventually, I just gave up and walked out. Save your time and money and avoid this place.

Also, if you have a sensitivity to lights (especially those with seizures and other brain disorders), be aware that the the hanging lights directly above the menu may cause issues.

Perfect example of an establishment that has a great selection of drinks and eats, but simultaneously lacks courtesy and customer consideration. Ordered a coffee and sandwich at 11:00 on a Sunday with no one else in line. At 11:20 I ask for an update on my sandwich, to which I receive an "oh, I'll get that started for you now." No apology or care than getting other sandwiches and drinks made for employees across the way. The food and drinks are what give the second star. Good luck!

Not really a place for coffee drinkers. More like a place for people who like dessert drinks where one of the ingredients happens to be coffee. The food looks great but man the coffee is lack luster. The first big red flag was all of the bags of coffee for sale are pre ground. Also not all of the bags have a bean origin on them nor do they all include the type of roast they are. The staff is very polite but very untrained and they clearly know nothing about coffee, they didn't even know what they had on drip or what roasts they had or the bean origins. This place would be good for you if you like Starbucks but not really for coffee drinkers. The coffee seems equivalent to what you could get at the grocery store and that's really sad because the decor and vibe of this place makes it seem like it would have great coffee. Skip this one coffee snobs!

Cold Smoke San Angelo’s prices are wrong and they are charging people more than their menu says. There is no sign to let anybody know the prices are incorrect and when I brought it up they stated “our signs are incorrect and hopefully will be fixed soon.”

Clearly they had no issues changing the prices in their register but when it comes to deceiving customers it takes forever to fix the sign. #badbusinesspractices

Good product.
Lousy customer service.
The lady handed me my first drink and said they were currently working on my second and it would be done shortly. After 10 minutes of waiting, the same lady who took my order said they didn’t even have another order for me.
Don’t lie to me and tell me it’s being worked on.
