The Avenue Coffee & Cafe

The staff are very amiable, and the atmosphere was very laid back and casual. The coffee and food is absolutely phenomenal!!!! We could not have asked for a better spot to eat and relax; definitely planning on making this spot a weekend tradition.

I’m very disappointed with this place.

We ordered an Apple Chai Latte as well as a Peppermint Mocha Latte and two cookies.

To have spent almost $20 for these 4 items Im not Impressed and sorely disappointed.

The Apple Chai has zero chai flavor, it was mainly milky apple, at best.
My peppermint mocha was COMPLETELY devoid of any peppermint at all. It tasted like a normal flavorless latte.

Not sure what my co-workers were all bragging about, but my experience was not the same.

While I appreciate the gesture, I’m no longer in town to have a different drink. My fiancé and I went exploring on our last day in town, which is why we didn’t say anything in store, we received our orders and continued our journey exploring TX before going home to FL. We stopped it as a recommendation by other co-workers and didn’t think tasting before leaving was required and was already 15 min away by the time mine was cool enough to sip and not burn my mouth.

I LOVE it here. It is my new favorite coffee shop and has great inventive donuts and treats. The real gold star goes to the sandwiches and salads, though!

Austin Croissant Sandwich was amazing !!

They have a fantastic collection of desserts and baked goods. Sandwich of the week it's always worth a try. Their staff is also very amicable

The Avenue has a great variety of offerings from their house roasted coffee, seasonal lattes and fraps to delicious specialty sandwiches, salads and wraps. Highly recommended.

I had the best sandwich I've ever eaten here! Turkey bacon ranch on garlic bread!! 11/10 would recommend!! This place is amazing!!

Service is Fantastic, Phenomenal. Their Food is absolutely Delicious and The Coffees and Lattes and Espressos are The Bombdigity. Definitely A Hidden Gem of a Cafe

I’m not much of a coffee drinker but their breakfast sandwiches are awesome and super original! If you have a sweet tooth, they have covered there, too!

We have tried the cookies, brownies, and donuts. They are not terrible but not good. Most everything purchased get thrown away because no one cares for it.
