PJ's Coffee

I visited this location yesterday. We went through the drive-thru. The one that took our order seemed knowledgeable and helpful but she had a very soft voice so it was hard to hear her especially with traffic going by fast. I got a vanilla iced latte and it was pretty good. I got the large size but deep down I wish there was a bigger size because that cup was small and definitely didn’t look like it was 20oz. It did have a good flavor so I may visit again in the future.

We went on 07/31/22 today about 7:30pm I ordered 2 items and one of them was plain coffe for my wife. But the coffee tasted horrible. She advised one of the workers and the response from the worker was what do you want me to do! It would bin better if she would have offered me anything and said that’s all we have and what do you want me to do with it. Very sarcastic. She did offer a refund but we waited and never carried throw so we just left. Never again. Sad thing my wife would allways go in the mornings to pick coffee up and she liked the item and service before.

After a bad experience with in-store service someone from PJs did reach out to me and offered to let the store know, so I am editing the review to reflect their prompt response. Might re-edit once I go back and try ordering in-store again, as I do really enjoy their coffee.

Other than that, I have never had issues when ordering in drive though, and I enjoy their seasonal flavors, especially the velvet ice. The coffee is not super strong in drinks like the velvet ice, but they are still pretty good.

Great customer service. This place is a great place to enjoy delicious coffee. Free internet is plus.

The shop has a wonderful atmosphere that makes it warm and inviting. I like that there are no feelings of chaos here but that could also be due the fact there are usually no other customers when I visit during off peak hours. They have a wonderful selection of flavors and pastries. The only complaint I have is that most of the coffees I've ordered is a little weak or watered down, so this is more about flavors if that is what you're looking for. As for me, it's not really something I would choose if I'm looking for a pick me up kind of cup but it makes nice for an occasional visit.

I had heard about this place before but never tried it. I was definitely missing out. Had an amazing iced cold mocha drink with oatmilk. Tastes better than a particular national chain of coffee shops...

First time here and had difficulty ordering mainly because even though on the drive thru menu it says you can build you're own breakfast sandwich, the person taking our order could not understand, insisting that sandwiches come a certain way and began giving attitude so we settled for something else. Paid $27 for only 1 med coffee, 1 sm coffee and 2 biscuits. Everything tasted good but considering what we got, I don't think it was worth the price or hassle.

Have you ever wanted to work on your improv skills? This is the place! Order a peach tea but pivot as they don't have peach. Order bacon egg and cheese biscuit and they don't have bacon! Order sausage bagel and they don't have bagels! Everytime I visit (four times now) they are out of something, but I keep going so I can stay on my toes!

I ordered a scone and a late and both were very good. THe service was great and very clean business.
