Tour guide was awesome. History of the incident was very well put together. Enjoyed going through museum.

The story behind the London Museum is very compelling. John was our museum guide, and was great! We also ate at the cafe. The chicken salad sandwich on croissant was amazing!! I may or may not have had a piece of pecan pie to finish off the meal; but if I did, it was amazing as well! 😁

I had read about this incident so when I was able to ser it I was blown away. Nicely done, beautifully displayed, tastefully documented and an informed staff of volunteers. I learned so much. Good for children as well as adults. Off the beaten path a bit, but worth a trip.. Great job.

A must visit for every person visiting East Texas.

So much history within these walls. John Davidson did a wonderful job explaining the details surrounding 1937 in New London. A place worth stopping by and understanding the events that took place. What a beautiful way to dedicate and remember our brothers and sisters. A time to honor.

These volunteers have used their small space very well. Filled with artifacts, history, and very personal stories. Our tour guide, Mr. Davidson, was phenomenal. Well worth a visit as it's so important to remember those who came before.

I've been a patron since I attended West Rusk years ago and still go regularly to this day. I absolutely love the staff, the museum is fascinating, and the tea room/café has some of the best food I've had in East Texas. Never a disappointment; I'll always support the museum.

Like walking uninvited to your favorite aunt's house. She's excited to see you, greets you warmly, and offers you a homemade treat. The museum is a treasure, put together entirely by volunteers and hosted by friendly volunteer docents who love being there. Check it out! Inexpensive, too!

So amazing! For 40 years no one talked about this horrific tragedy until 1977 when one man thought a reunion of the survivors would be a good thing. Don't miss this, even if it means a extra hour or two on the road.
