Drive thru service was excellent and moved along pretty rapidly. Customer service was really well. The Mexi mocha was pretty tasty.

Very helpful staff, delicious drinks, good prices. I absolutely love my free chocolate espresso bean and my son loves the smoothie with the lil snowball of whipped cream on the straw

I love the people that work here. I just walk across from pizza hut and it's so convenient. Coffee is good and it's so much cheaper than Starbucks.

They have terrible training. Whoever the manager is there is a failure. Everytime I go there, they don't know how to make a drink on the menu. I filled out a punch card of the same drink and every single time I have to tell them how to make it. I had to call and get the recipe from a location that knows what they are doing. Months of this and they still don't know what they are doing.

Other than a long wait... Pretty Darn good drinks!
