The Human Bean

Went by for the first time on August 19,2018. Loved the coffee and the friendly service provided by the gals. We need another one of these closer to downtown Odessa or off of interstate 20. Starbucks won’t do it - therefore a great opportunity for this franchise to get a good market share of the coffee business.

Really good coffee and lots of variety and flavors.

Went bought 3 large drinks for $15.43 receipt was sent to phone so didn’t think nothing about it. After getting home realized they charged my moms card $18.52. Been trying to reach the manager and everyone that answers says they have no idea when they get in. So my one star is being generous. After the continued calls the money was returned but still will never use again.

Starbucks has nothing on this tiny gem. I'd heard mixed reviews and had to try it for myself. I'm now a regular and have loved everything I've tried from this place. Friendly staff, great drinks!!! How do I take my coffee??? Seriously. Very seriously. If I could give The Human Bean 10 stars, I would. 👍👍🍵☺

We have these all in Colorado and when I found out we were getting one before it opened I cried! I love their coffee and it's so much better than Starbucks. Plus their chocolate covered coffee beans are addicting!! The girls are always so friendly and very knowledgable of the menu and helping you find just what your looking for

Love this place! Great staff : friendly and knowledgeable! Great products : large variety, consistently made, amazing flavors! Perfect experience every time we go, which is often. So much better than Starbucks in product and cost!!

Love this little gem! Friendly staff who know my drink by heart lol. Worked as a barista forever so I can appreciate the quality and service. Starbucks can suck it I'll go out of my way to go to my favorite little shop. Thanks for bringing quality to the Basin.

Stopped by a week ago and tried the steamer. First time it tasted great and the kids and I loved it. The last two times it was horrible. Cold milk with no flavor. Also it was a 35 minute wait. Between the wait time for bland cold milk and the inconsistency in taste with their drinks it’s not worth the wait and money. It’s truly a hit and miss. I guess it depends on which worker makes your drink.

I specifically asked for Gabriel’s name before I drove away this evening. I am a frequent customer and have always had good service but tonight she added a bit more of a touch than I’ve received before. She asked me if I wanted stoppers and told me to be careful as they were hot. She put a pink lid on mine and black on my husbands as she heard him on my car speaker telling me his order. She was both personable and professional. I don’t know if she is new to your facility or I’ve just not had the pleasure of seeing her before but she is definitely a keeper. Amazing coffee, I love the little chocolate covered coffee bean you get with your order. The Mexi is my favorite and the salted caramel is good too. Very good price wise.. really I’d rather have this coffee than go to Starbucks
