I love this coffee shop! Colombian pour-over is the best cup of dark roast coffee I’ve found in the metroplex. Lots of windows and light inside. Only con is that some of the furniture could use updating.

Fantastic coffee. Absolutely loved every thing about this store to include the coffee flavored whip cream. If I didn't live so far away, we would be going frequently.

Really good place for coffee. This place seems to cater to the sweeter coffee crowd but has all options. They have branded themselves well and have a lot to offer the average coffee drinker!!

Gave this place a try since they said they serve specialty coffee but…no. Cappuccino was bitter and poorly pulled, milk was not textured properly. Caffeine fix for Starbucks crowd only.

Wonderful place to meet friends or a group. I had a hazelnut latte that was so yummy and beautiful. I felt so fancy!

My wife's Chi-tea latte was the only positive piece of this experience. They did not have decaf brewed (a coffee house that does not have decaf brewed?!?!?) so I requested a French press of decaf. My wife's drink came out fast. Standing at the counter for over 15 minutes I watched others that ordered after me get served before me. The guy behind the counter at one point told me he would call me when it is ready. when I finally got my order, there was no creamer in the pitcher so I could not make my drink as I like. I ordered a brownie that looked good. In reality it was so stale and hard I broke my fork trying to pull a piece off. TERRIBLE experience. I will never come back and will tell as many others to please do the same.

I am sorry to write this, as I never write one star reviews. I came here and the baristas were okay but as a "christian-based" coffee shop I did not feel welcomed. The coffee I had was very bitter and sour (I AM A HUGE COFFEE LOVER) but this is not good coffee. I have had an iced caramel machiatto, a vanilla late, a cappuccino, and cold brew coffee and they all have a sour after taste. I only came back because I thought it might've been an accident. I believe the owner should focus on making sure his/her employees are always smiling and being genuine. Even if the coffee was not to my liking, I might have come back if they were actually nice. Lastly, if you want good coffee go to 151. (They are always genuine no matter what location you go to and their drinks do not disappoint.)

Lots of seating! What's worse than preparing to go read at a coffee shop only to find out there aren't any seats? That won't be a problem at Kindred. We are regulars here and have tried lots of menu items including salads, desserts, breakfast, and of course... coffee. Our boys love the chocolate muffins. Coffee is good, however, I'm not a coffee connoisseur.
