Wicked Voodoo Espresso

I love the donuts here but I'm not going here anymore based on customer service. They had 3 people in there working and a line of 4 cars, two different people walked up after the cars and they served them first, the guy behind us decided to leave because they kept helping the other people that walked up before the cars the were there first, then to top it off my husband put a $1 tip (which I told him not to) but he hands it to the girl and she says in a sarcastically rude tone to the other one "$1" ... uh he shouldn't have tipped AT ALL, and you've lost a loyal customer.

Service was slow, unfriendly and unhelpful. Nothing special was done for my kid's drink as others experienced-- just a little milk in his cup of ice...it was my understanding it was to be a hot beverage but it had taken so long and she obviously wasn't interested so we left.
Without the awesome pastries served at other locations, there are several better options in New Braunfels.

3 stars for now. I had an iced coffee , it was decent. But it is called wicked voodoo expresso after all so trying an espresso drink is next and I’m sure stars will be added.

Update: Had an espresso drink it was good but a little too creamy for my taste. I would rather have stronger coffee.

The flavor of their espresso is tops. Their baristas are speedy while still delivering a well-crafted cup of coffee. Having the drive-thru stand is awesome for a commuter, and I time my drives to be able to stop in. I usually opt for a lavender or caramel latte, though their classic drip is as as flavorful as you would want while being creamy and not at all bitter.

Coffee is love, just not sure on their people skills. A little rushed probably because caffeine all around. Also mask doesn't help the situation so it's even harder with the rushing worker & inaudible conversations. I. All, its a great shop, just slow it down a millisecond.

I drive through today and bought a Mexican mocha with almond milk. I watched the lady make my coffee through the window and she put heavy cream in my coffee. My wife gets really sick when she has dairy. I watched the lady make it from start to finish and she poured HEB heavy cream in the cup and frothed it. I asked her point blank if she put heavy cream in it and she said no it was for the other car in the other side. I clearly her him order a small black coffee... I didn’t argue with her and I just kept it for myself and went somewhere else since I could not trust this lady. It’s sad because this place usually offers great service and coffee. To make it worse the drink was to that great either.

I absolutely adore the location on Elliot Knox! Whew who knew coffe could be made so many ways and every way more delicious :) great crew working and speedy service. Hats off to you guys so glad to have found this coffee shop.

This is my new go to for coffee. Wish you were closer to where I live. Stop by your new location at creekside by the new hospital for the first time. I was a bit sceptical to try anything else other than my Starbucks, but this place beats Starbucks any day, hands down. I will drive 25 minutes just to grab a coffee from this place. Loved my wicked mocha frappe with caramel! Best coffee!! Gave me a lot of energy. This is a must have!

Never been happier about coffee!!! Wicked Voodoo (in my opinion) is the best in town.
