quality has fallen off a cliff

used to come here all the time 2 years ago, quality was a lot better then. the people working here now have no idea what they're doing. I'm not an overly critical person, i understand no place is perfect, but when they don't even know the basics behind making a latte? disappointed. won't come back.

Great drinks friendly staff. I've been stopping here for a couple years now and lately my $7 dollar coffee is 3/4 of a large cup. Whats up with that? I could save alot just buying a medium.

I usually have great service and coffees are always on point, today was an exception. I was parked at the window waiting patiently when a truck drives up, girl appears from back and waits on them. Okay, I can handle that, but ordered my drink, she gave it to me and was not what I asked for.. this is the first time.. I still love you guys, but, today was not a good day.

Stop by Thursday morning! Guy was phenomenal. Wish I knew his name. But, was friendly. Communicated very well and was a joy to interact with. Thank you 🙏 cofee is always on point.

I went to the location on business 35 in New Braunfels, Tx on Dec 23, 2021 and purchased a $100 giftcard for my daughter, a small coffee and a blueberry sconce. Today is Monday January 10th, she went by wicked voodoo on her way to work and attempted to use her giftcard. They told her it had never been activated. How does this happen. They told her a manager would call me and at 6 p.m. I had never heard from anyone so I called. Im told there is no manager that can talk to me u ntil Wednesday the 12th!! Not very good in my opinion.

I love this place! Their drinks are always delicious, they are always FAST but most importantly they are always so nice. That really goes a long way for me and Wicked Voodoo will always be my first choice. Thanks for being awesome! I'd love to see another one in the cibolo area in the future! ;)

This is my favorite place to get coffee. I like the Drive-thru, they are very fast, I go every Tuesday for double punch card days! Made how you order it. Not just a sugar induced comma coffee kind of place. I do like the little coffee bean candy they give you, it is a nice touch. They serve Ewe's pastries which are local and awesome.

Staff is always great, drinks good. My issue is with the breakfast taco... While it was ok, these tortillas are more like bread, they're so thick, and it was cold. If you're gonna serve hot food, it should at least be warm. Not warm at all though. If you're not gonna serve it hot at least put it in something that can go in a microwave instead of foil. Cold and difficult to heat up on the go... Not your best effort Wicked...
