Decided to stop by this coffee shop after an early haircut. It was recommended by a close friend. The atmosphere was lovely, it had a nice blend of modern and rustic vibes. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful. I like to get a feel for coffee shops with an espresso to try the beans, the ratio, and the barista out. The espresso was lovely, the beans had a solid taste, the shot was pulled well, and it had lovely crema. I got a small donut and the spice cake, both were baked well and had lovely flavors. Overall a wonderful first time experience. I would highly recommend Gruene Coffee Haus.

We got the Texas pecan coffee and a chai latte. It was so good!

Just got an espresso. Absolutely loved the fact I didn't have to explain I didn't want all the piazza just a simple serving of espresso. Most "coffee" places have a hard time with that concept.
