Cute little coffee shop! This place is bougie and homey all at the same.time. very welcoming with flavors for everyone.

Best coffee and atmosphere in New Braunfels! Their seasonal roasts are awesome but my go-to is the Texas Pecan. Great place to sit, inside or on the patio, and have a cup. Super friendly staff and strong WiFi. Even during Market Days the service is fast.

Very nice place with friendly workers! Ordered a java chip frappe and it was delicious! I left my wallet there and one of the workers went out of her way to find me on Facebook and let me know! Thank you so much, Brynn! Stopped by again to pick up my wallet and still got amazing service (this time ordered an iced mocha 😍) and loved my trip here. Will definitely stop by again. Amazing atmosphere, too.

I fell in love with this place-the decor and the vibe. Coffee is great too bad I can only try one of their specialized lattes (French kiss).

I love this little place. They always make great coffee and they are the sweetest people that work there and me and my dog Duke love going every Wednesday morning. My daughter comes over and visits with me as well.

Really like the coffee but no food options but breaded (muffins & loaf breads) and cookies. GCH used to have at least 1 pastry (Apple fritters), but no more, so we only visit here about 1/3 of what we used to for our daily coffee/pastry run.
Upped 1 star due to responsive ownership. Hopeful that GCH can improve, even slightly, food offerings - would be strong 5 stars!
Update: back to 5 stars as at least a basic selection of food/pastries are again available!

If you haven’t found this hidden gem you are missing out! Coffee was soooo good! Staff was supper friendly! Can’t wait to come back!
