Great donuts, the best in town. The simple glazed donuts have amazing flavor though beware, the glaze is flakey and can get crumbs all over you. The blueberry cake donuts are great too.

The donuts 🍩 aren't as good as they used to be. They give you a greasy taste in your mouth they don't even look the same they look like something you would buy at a Brookshire brothers or the donuts shops around town.i want be buying them again I'll just go to my local donut shop

We’ve tried to give this Shipley location the benefit of the doubt, but truly it is not the quality we expect from other Shipley locations we’ve visited. Prices are very high. The donuts taste and feel really heavy compared to other donuts. They are often not very fresh either.

This Shipley’s in Nacogdoches is the only donut shop I have yet to find that still glazes their donuts before adding chocolate icing, white icing, etc. Iced donuts without being glazed first just aren’t the same. :D I always try and stop at this location when I’m in town visiting.

I used to go to this store religiously, but my most recent visit(s) changed my opinion. The dough seemed under cooked on the kolaches. I ate what I could and gave the rest to my dog, who didn't even eat the dough, which is abnormal. Usually he eats more than I do which is why I get as much as I do when I order.
I loved going here but it seems as though they have really gone down hill lately and I will not be spending my money here again, or at least until they improve..
In final: don't order here! Your experience will more than likely be like mine. There are so many other places to order that are so close and open almost the same time that would be so much better!

The young lady was so accommodating, my brother purchased $116.00 worth of Donuts. No Shipley's in Florida. The smoothies were wonderful she made.

My grandfather worked at Shipley donuts in Houston long long time ago. I ate their donuts growing up, they are the softest most delicious thing. You can eat a dozen by yourself in a few mins! This place had stale old donuts, they left an after taste in your mouth like old grease. My dad and I loved the vanilla cream filled donuts, they didn't have any? What do they cook once a week? When you order plain glazed in Houston they will tell you hang on a min these were cooked an hour ago, we have some fresh in just a min. I dont know what is going on, but these are not worth the bad calories.

Cream filled donuts both had absolutely 0 cream in them and the cherry iced donuts dont taste like they used to, in a not-very-good way

Customer service was great. Deducted 1 star since when we went in, place was little cluttered. But with 1 person doing all the work i guess we can't blame them much. Donut quality was fine. Dunkin donuts level for me

I got a dozen doughnuts I ate one and it was delicious no complains, but when my son got one he pointed that is was hard so I tried it and it was definitely not fresh. I ask the rest of the people eating them and some got fresh one and others old ones. At this point I’m getting mad because now in days you can find good doughnuts in town. I got a second one just like the one I ate earlier and definitely it was not fresh it was hard and it tasted weird. Apparently I got fresh ones mixed with old ones ... NOT KOOL....
Fist and last time ... not worth the drive......!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
