Really sad to see the one star, this place is very aesthetic and the boba was delicious! So happy to see Mt. Pleasant have such a great new place with snacks and drinks not available as conveniently anywhere else. Keep doing what you are doing guys! I’m from Houston and I loved everything about the place, the staff always apologizes if the service takes longer than expected and everyone is very kind. I’ll definitely be coming back :) <3

Couldn't recommend this place more! It's great to see a locally owned business that is doing so well. I have been here a handful of times and tried just about everything on the menu. The rolled ice cream is wonderful. It has a great atmosphere that promotes hanging out. If you haven't tried it yet, you need to. Great place, great staff.

With it being something Mount Pleasant has never had, it exceeded my expectations. Everything about Boba Etc. is something worth trying out and experiencing. Although wait times may be extensive, you cannot put blame on the workers. The wait times are extensive due to the high demand the store faces. The staff are some of the nicest staff in Mount Pleasant hands down. Always happy to serve and check up on you. They make the atmosphere enjoyable to be in.

Such a cute shop and awesome bubble tea. We got a rose milk tea and a Thai milk tea and both were perfectly made! Service was great and the young lady was very helpful showing us how to order :) We will definitely be back soon !

Been here multiple times, rolled ice cream is so spectacular! so fresh and creamy! Not a huge sushi fan but boba etcs was so great! All tastes so good! Environment of store is so cute, love the post it notes on the walls, so many cute messages!

The one star reviews on here are just conflicts of interest with a competing company. This is the BEST place to get sushi, boba tea and rolled ice cream! The owner does an amazing job at his craft. The place is spotless clean and welcoming! Every item is made with love and passion.

They where out of alot of stuff. Also my cherry drink tasked like a water down slushie. The ice cream was awesome however!

The food was ok. The lemonade was decent. I got an iced thai tea with the standard tapioca boba and it was horrible. There was way too much milk in it, the tea didn’t taste right, and the boba had no flavor at all. It was definitely a waste of $5. Also, it was so dark in there. The only lights that were on were the ones behind the counter. The place looked like it was closed. We will be looking for a different, better boba place in this area.

Ice cream was delicious. Lots of different flavors to choose from for everything. Ordered the sushi as well and it was good. The ladies there were also very pleasant.

Did not get what I ordered and it took 30 minutes it took my friend 45. You get a topping and it's literally one of the item, you literally get a single mini Reese, Oreo, marshmallow etc. I asked for strawberry ice cream and I got mango. Also the environment is really loud with the music and the blender.
