I’ve been to this place several times and it’s been great, never any complaints until my visit a few days ago. There were a few people in front on me and 1 person working. I waited 35 minutes to even get my 1 beverage. On top of that, they were out of almost everything and what they gave me was not great. And I was shorted change back because the drawer was short and he acted like no big deal. Don’t know if I’ll ever come back if this isn’t made right.

It seems like it could be a decent place to relax for a few minutes. The problem was that the staff didn’t take our order. When we came in, there were about 6 or 7 other customers in the building. The person in front of us ordered, and we waited. The staff looked at us and then turned around to do their business without saying a word. And we waited. That’s fine too. They had to get their orders out. 5 min passed by and we were finally told it would be a second. 15 min later, and we still weren’t helped. They staff were not friendly and showed they didn’t want our business, so we left. There is a large void of decent restaurants or businesses to frequent in this area. It is sad to see the representation of this community be so poor. I hope others have a different experience.

The hours are never right. I waited an hour after they were "open" and still no one there. They are very inconsistent with their hours, which frustrates me because the drinks are really good. They also very rarely answer the phone

We came in at 1:35-1:37PM on a Thursday and walked up to the line, the cashier took the order of the person infront of us but when they paid and walked away, so did the cashier. Waited for around 10 minutes and Asked if someone could take my order and I was told "hold on" by the cashier and proceeded to continue ignoring us.
I don't expect instant service but a simple hello or an acknowledgement of our existence would be nice.
We never got to place our order. We left at 2PM. Almost half an hour waiting around. Come on manager, speaking from someone who's been in the food service industry for over a decade, train your people better. I say that with no malice.

My confusion a couple months ago was about not being able to order boba drinks online anymore. Now it’s different. They have been out of so many menu options lately. I’ve been trying for over a month to find something I like. Every time I try to place an order online, they almost always deny it or don’t respond. Before, they used to call you on why they denied it and would tell you what else they have available. Now they don’t even try to call you anymore. Now, on the times they haven’t accepted my online order at all, I call or swing by and they immediately take my order. While pulling up, I’ve seen workers just sitting on the tables on their phones, which makes me realize on why they couldn’t accept my online order in the first place. Lastly, when I tried ordering a smoothie one time, the lady that answered said, “uh….. we can’t do that right now…..” and that’s all she said. What do you mean?! Also, the Takis on the elotes have been tasting stale lately.

Wasn’t a fan! My ice cream did not taste like strawberry cheesecake. It was just nasty. Didn’t like the vibes of the inside and was ready to get out as soon as I placed my order. Also the workers treat people differently too! I came in and the was off and when people they knew came it they lit up. Also couldn’t hear myself think due to how loud it was. Probably never will come back to it either. With the liquor store close by it’s got all kinds of strange characters outside makes it uncomfortable!

Whoever posted 1 star is on crack. This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and very nice and tell you the wait times. They are expanding to help ease the wait times and are doing amazing. They offered to remake drinks if you didn’t like yours and also they constantly were making sure you were satisfied with your drink, order, or sushi. The prices are great as well is the environment. All the boba and ice cream i’ve ordered have all been extraordinary.

I really enjoy the boba but the customer service ruins it every time. I prefer to use online ordering to avoid the awkward and rude staff. If they are out of certain boba, it makes it difficult to order. The staff then gets visibly annoyed. Hopefully this doesn't fall on deaf ears, as we love to support local businesses.
