Great atmosphere and great service as well, the signature fruit tea is definitely a must try. It was recommended from Bryan himself. 10:10 would come back again!

Hi just left the store!Never been at this location looked great on social media. But got a bad experience .The girls where on there phone when we entered. The girl introduced us a little bit but told us there were no waffles or coffese since they take a while to be prepared. The lobby was empty and i entered at 8pm, they close at 9pm. It dosent make sence they had an hour to prepare. Might not comeback maybe later. But maybe

The girl working was rude. It was our first time we had no idea it was a self serve thing, so we figured it out. She got upset because our girls bought a drink x2 and apparently she hates to make it so she took it off the menu once she saw we ordered it.(She said very loudly UGH THEY ORDERED THIS OEN?! I HATE THIS DRINK, I'm taking it off the menu!) So no, I don't think items ran out she explicitly said she hated making it.
Never going back. I'd avoid it and go to another Boba tea place if that's what you're looking for.

This place made me a Boba believer! I had not had a good Boba experience UNTIL Presotea! I’m hooked now! I enjoy the fresh Mango green tea with strawberry Boba when it’s hot and I’m running errands. If I want some vitimin C and something fun, I get the mango pinapple slush with the strawberry pop Boba. They are alswaybsuper fast and friendly…I order in the app and it’s always ready when I pick it up (blue Snackpass app) and it always smells so good when I go inside. They freshly bake bubble waffles and it smells like heaven. Enjoy every sip and earn your points towards a free drink (even share points with friends!) BEST BOBA in town!

The boba was amazing!!! I got a white peach oolong milk tea with black pearls and strawberry puree! 100/10 will try again!!! The staff was polite and helpful! Overall it was a wonderful experience!!!

Great Boba! Great service! One of my most favorite places to visit. The inside estithic is awesome. Great picture opportunities.

I had a great experience at this shop. I’ve never had this type of tea before and Aniyah helped walk me through the whole process and was able to describe and help find the perfect drink to my tastes. Because of her I will we a frequent customer.
