On 5/14 I Placed an order for pick up at 12:45 and received a notification that my order was ready at 12:18. I picked up my order at 12:48.
Explained to the worker that it was suppose to be made way later so my drink had been sitting for 30 minutes. All she did was explain that it was her fault and that she will talk to the owner because the system that she looked at doesn't tell her it's scheduled. BUT the other system does. Why not remake my drink and make it FRESH. I am so upset I never EVER have any issue but the last two times I came the workers never resolve the issue. Last time they said I ordered the wrong drink but I know what I ordered and they didn't fix it. This time I make a scheduled pick up and my drink isn't fresh because they wanted to make it early and not pay attention.

Great place! I would go as far as saying that it’s got the best milk tea in Midland! Everything leans on the sweet side so make sure to pick the less sugar options tho!

Drink needs to be ordered in shop through app on the screens, that doesn’t allow to complete the order without entering phone number. US phone number.
Girls behind the till don’t know ways how to deal with the situation. Disappointed and wish I hadn’t wasted gas to come here. Not making the mistake again.

First time in here and I must say...Pleasantly surprised! The employees were very kind and helpful, and they have a very large variety of drinks to choose from! The teas are super good! The quality was amazing and it was an all around fun and great experience! Will definitely be going again!

Girl working was extremely rude. Walked in and was immediately met with a glare and no greeting. Did not say a word to me the whole time I was in there. She then started throwing dishes into the sink. There were no other customers in the store. I turned around and left without purchasing anything.

Went for the first time got the wintermelon milk tea, it was fantastic, great flavor, gonna come again

love coming here. the girls are so welcome and friendly and never make me feel like i have dumb questions.this is the first place i’ve ever been to that has NEVER gotten my order wrong. i recommend this place to my friends, and i’ll continue to do so.

Large variety of boba flavors and drinks. Always a refreshing and tasty treat. The inside is also super cute!
