Monomyth Coffee

Great coffee, tasty vegan muffin and pleasant atmosphere.

On the way home from an event, my youth group of 39 people flooded this coffee shop. As a barista, I would've panicked if that size of crowd would've entered my coffee shop but these employees handed it well being polite, making the drinks efficiently, and showing no signs of discomfort. I ordered a lavender Italian cream soda and it was delicious although my friend slightly ruined it for me by proclaiming that it tasted like lavender bath water🙄. She had ordered a vanilla strawberry Italian cream soda and it was absolutely divine.

The place is quite simple, but that is what we need in Lubbock. A simple coffee shop. I had the carbi bee late and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Will definitely come again.

Very friendly staff & a very bright & cheerful place. Was formerly a house & so there are tons of windows & seating options. The coffee was excellent & my daught said her chai tea was better than Starbucks @

delicious coffee — get the bourbon maple latte — and tasty pastries (one of the best blueberry muffins i’ve ever had)! nice atmosphere. very kind baristas :)

The environment and coffee is great! Definitely quiet enough to have conversations with people without yelling, but loud enough to have that coffee shop white noise.
Service was amazing! Friendly and super cool! They know their stuff and are clearly passionate about what they do!

The atmosphere is nice, study place. It's in an awkward location ,but worth it! I had icecream with coffee in it, SSOOOOO DELICIOUS 😋

I’ve been going to Monomyth regularly for about a year and I have loved every visit! The coffee is the best in Lubbock and they roast really good coffee beans as well. I’ve been to some really good craft coffee shops and Monomyth is definitely one of my favorites.
