There was an awful, rude worker this morning. We had gotten confused on a drink and the worker was rude, called my mother rude and genuinely provided the worst experience. It was just simple confusion that led to us no longer wanting to go to this location again.

Dutch Bros is usually a really good place to get energy drinks. And we usually get great service here, however today we went and the person taking our order outside wasn't the friendliest which is fine. It's hot, and she probably had been working all day. However my problem is, she didn't ask to be tipped. She took our order, we paid and she moved on without asking for a tip. When we got home, I checked my bank statement and saw the total was more than it usually is when we go. And I realized she had tipped herself 4 dollars. We always tip when they ask how much, but she didn't ask. She just tipped herself which is very scummy.

Go to Dutch bros coffee you not disappointed everything in the menu is soo good, l absolutely l recommend this place, clean, and customer service is good, l have caramel & chocolate drizzle is soo perfect and delicious, l am go back again and again.

I love the atmosphere and great vibes that come out of this place! The coffee is great too!

I went to Dutch Bros last week.. I can honestly say that they have the very best servers. The hot chocolate is also great.
The young lady was very nice to me I believe her name is Sarah. She took great care of me. I’ll definitely come back.

The Golden Eagle blended is unbeaten for a non coffee drinker. Add an extra hit of caramel and thank me later.

We're so excited that Dutch Bros has come out this way! The staff is always so friendly. This Lubbock location is in a great spot. There was no line when we arrived. But, after placing our order, we saw the lanes had filled up.

So don't be alarmed if you have a wait a hot minute before ordering.
The coffee and tea selections are worth every minute of wait time!

This time we ordered the Annihilator and the Iced White Chocolate Chai Latte. My favorite was the Chai...very refreshing on a hot day!

We try to go to Dutch Bros every chance we get. Make sure to have the app for their "secret menu"!
