This is the cutest little shop! We were first time customers today. The staff was so friendly! Their menu has TONS of options for any ones taste. They made our drinks to perfection and they offer almond milk as an alternative! Will be returning! ❤️🙌🏽

There are so many delicious drinks to try! I tried a strawberry boba milk tea, and it was amazing! Now, we've made it part of our routine to stop in and try something new after the gym 🤫😍😊 Also, the Korean kitchen in the same building is equally delicious!

Let me just start by saying this place caught me off guard. It was located off the beaten path and was a very welcoming atmosphere. The women working there took the time to actually explain the menu to me and gave recommendations. I ended up getting the ice cream waffle with watermelon and honeydew smoothie with Boba. The only complaint I have is there wasn't more to go around! It was delicious! I think I may have found my newest weekly treat! I will see yall again hopefully next weekend!!!

I want to speak about and thank JULI!!! She is very experienced with the menu and makes my drinks just how I like them! She is always kind, greets me, and always makes sure i’m taken care of! :)

I came here on a date and I loved the tarro bobba tea. I definitely need to return for more. Customer service was on point. She was attentive every step of the way.

I love the original bloom coffee shop! I have been going here since I was in high school, but when they first opened. I specifically have to say Julie has been an awesome worker and I look forward to seeing her when I go there. She is kind, caring and always makes the best drinks!

I love going to this location. The food, drink, and dessert (Bingsoo) have been consistently good on multiple visits. Most of all, the service has been excellent and makes me feel so welcome. I really appreciate a friendly and clean place to go. Thank you.

So this bloom was my favorite one, because of the customer service and my coffee was always made right. Well I'm assuming this is a new employee who doesn't like her job or had a bad day. She was very rude and argumentative with me about the size I asked for. I just smiled and waited for my coffee and left. I tasted my white chocolate mocha and it was water down It tasted like . I was omw to work so didn't have time to go back.

I have to say the food and drinks are SOOOO good, like wow I would 100% eat her every day if it weren’t for the AWFUL HORRIBLE RUDE employee that made the visit a one star experience. She was SOOOO AWFUL that I can not justify the taste of the place to return to this location, which is a huge bummer since it’s across the street from my house. Just to clarify, the food is delicious but DO NOT go to the Killeen location. I went today (sunday around 5:30 pm) I can not believe how RUDE this employee was, I can not stress that enough. I’m still shocked.

So good honestly. And like the bulgogi beef bowl was so evenly distributed it was great. Perfect amount of beef, veggies, and rice. Perfectly complimented with the sweetness of the Strawberry/Banana smoothie with strawberry bursters. 10/10 would recommend. (My mom agrees while she had the pork bowl) 🥰🥰🥰
